【摘要】：當(dāng)代國際貨幣體系的困境主要源于當(dāng)前極不穩(wěn)定的美元與歐元雙本位制度,不加約束的雙本位制易使世界進入輪番膨脹的濫發(fā)貨幣的陷阱,進而加劇國際金融體系的動蕩,由此而催生國際貨幣的新秩序及其多元化將是一個歷史的必然與趨勢。二戰(zhàn)以來國際貨幣體系的演進表明,其主導(dǎo)力量關(guān)鍵來自于政府而遠非市場自發(fā)"調(diào)節(jié)"的驅(qū)使。當(dāng)前,推行人民幣國際化的途徑之一應(yīng)在證券市場充分發(fā)達的基礎(chǔ)上,通過資本項目國際收支逆差來輸出人民幣才能將人民幣推上國際儲備貨幣的地位,同時需要并重發(fā)揮國際合縱連橫的戰(zhàn)略。其中,我們要吸取美元和西德馬克的國際化經(jīng)驗以及日元國際化的歷史教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:The plight of the contemporary international monetary system is mainly due to the extremely unstable dollar and euro double standard system, which easily leads the world into the trap of bloated and indiscriminate currency, thereby exacerbating the turbulence in the international financial system. Therefore, the emergence of a new international monetary order and its diversification will be a historical necessity and trend. The evolution of the international monetary system since World War II shows that the key to the development of the international monetary system is the government rather than the market's spontaneous regulation. At present, one of the ways to promote the internationalization of the RMB should be based on the full development of the securities market and the export of RMB through the capital account balance of payments deficit in order to push the RMB up to the status of international reserve currency. At the same time, we need to give full play to the international strategy. Among them, we should draw lessons from the internationalization of US dollar and West German mark and the history of yen internationalization.
