【摘要】：正自美國次貸危機引發(fā)全球性金融動蕩以來,"影子銀行"一詞便成為全球金融業(yè)界與學界使用最為頻繁的關鍵詞之一。與此同時,在國內(nèi)金融市場中,由于信托及銀行理財產(chǎn)品規(guī)模的快速擴張,地方融資平臺風險陡增,房地產(chǎn)泡沫化與地下錢莊泛濫,再加之最近出現(xiàn)的銀行業(yè)"錢荒"與流動性緊張等局面,也將影子銀行提升到中國金融發(fā)展與改革問題的最前沿。有關加強影子銀行監(jiān)管的呼聲不絕于耳。筆者認
[Abstract]:Since the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States triggered the global financial turmoil, the word "shadow banking" has become one of the most frequently used keywords in the global financial industry and academia. At the same time, in the domestic financial market, due to the rapid expansion of the scale of trust and banking financial products, the risk of local financing platforms has increased sharply, the real estate bubble and the proliferation of underground money banks. Coupled with the recent "cash crunch" and tight liquidity in the banking sector, shadow banking has been brought to the forefront of China's financial development and reform. Calls for closer shadow banking regulation have been heard. The author thinks
