【摘要】：信托（Trust）最早起源于英國(guó)，是財(cái)產(chǎn)管理制度分配中的一種特殊行為，是“受人之托，代人理財(cái)”的專門行業(yè)。由于信托同時(shí)具備融資及投資的功能，在其業(yè)務(wù)定位方面一直比較復(fù)雜，在不同的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境以及不同時(shí)期信托所發(fā)揮的作用也各不相同。在中國(guó)，信托屬于特殊的金融模式，其兼?zhèn)渌侥�、資產(chǎn)管理和銀行的特點(diǎn)，是唯一能夠跨越貨幣市場(chǎng)與資本市場(chǎng)的全牌照金融機(jī)構(gòu)�；谄涠嘣�(jīng)營(yíng)的特點(diǎn)，國(guó)內(nèi)信托業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展為整個(gè)金融市場(chǎng)帶來許多創(chuàng)新。尤其是隨著國(guó)內(nèi)資本市場(chǎng)的迅速發(fā)展，，信托業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)合證券投資的證券類信托投資產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新在近幾年更是層出不窮。但隨著中國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)逐漸成熟，國(guó)內(nèi)信托業(yè)務(wù)依然面臨著對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)定位和尋求更有效的運(yùn)行管理模式的問題。為此，本文在借鑒國(guó)外信托行業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，重點(diǎn)從分析近期國(guó)內(nèi)證券投資信托業(yè)務(wù)的創(chuàng)新模式，從市場(chǎng)需求角度出發(fā)，為國(guó)內(nèi)信托行業(yè)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提出策略和建議。
[Abstract]:Trust (Trust) originated in England, it is a special behavior in the distribution of property management system, and it is a special profession of "entrusted by others, managing money for people". Because the trust has the function of financing and investment, it has always been more complex in its business positioning, and the role of the trust is different in different market environment and different period. In China, trust is a special financial model, which has the characteristics of private equity, asset management and banking. It is the only full-license financial institution that can cross the money market and capital market. Based on the characteristics of diversified operation, the development of domestic trust business brings many innovations to the whole financial market. Especially with the rapid development of the domestic capital market, the innovation of securities trust investment products which combines trust business with securities investment is emerging in recent years. However, with the maturation of Chinese financial market, the domestic trust business still faces the problem of locating the business and seeking more effective operation and management mode. Therefore, based on the experience of foreign trust industry development, this paper focuses on the analysis of the recent domestic securities investment trust business innovation model, from the market demand point of view, for the domestic trust industry innovation development strategies and suggestions.
