【摘要】：中國農村中小金融機構作為中國縣域及鄉(xiāng)村金融機構營業(yè)網點分布最廣、人員配置數量最多、涉農貸款投放比例最高的一類機構,直接為農戶和農村小微企業(yè)服務,在農村地區(qū)金融包容體系的建設中承擔著重要作用:農村中小金融機構是農村結算業(yè)務的主要提供者、農村居民儲蓄存款的主要吸收者、縣域涉農貸款中的主要供給者和農村金融創(chuàng)新的主體。應繼續(xù)引導廣大農村中小金融機構加大對農戶、農村中小企業(yè)及其他農村民生領域的信貸投入,創(chuàng)新適用農村民生領域及滿足弱勢群體金融需求的信貸產品,增強對農村弱勢群體金融扶持的主動性和積極性,最終實現全社會的包容性增長。
[Abstract]:As one of the most widely distributed business outlets in China's county and rural financial institutions, with the largest number of personnel and the highest proportion of agriculture-related loans, small and medium-sized financial institutions in rural China serve farmers and rural small and micro enterprises directly. It plays an important role in the construction of financial inclusion system in rural areas: rural small and medium-sized financial institutions are the main providers of rural settlement business and the main absorbers of rural residents' savings deposits. The main supplier of county agricultural loan and the main body of rural financial innovation. We should continue to guide the large number of rural small and medium-sized financial institutions to increase their credit input to farmers, rural small and medium-sized enterprises and other rural livelihood areas, and innovate credit products suitable for rural livelihood and to meet the financial needs of vulnerable groups. Strengthen the initiative and enthusiasm of financial support to the rural vulnerable groups, and ultimately achieve inclusive growth of the whole society.
