【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、信息化、市場(chǎng)化的不斷發(fā)展,金融產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)起到至關(guān)重要的作用。隨著金融產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速成長(zhǎng),金融產(chǎn)業(yè)在空間上呈現(xiàn)出集聚的現(xiàn)象。通過國(guó)外著名的國(guó)際金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明,金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚大多集中在商務(wù)中心區(qū)。金融產(chǎn)業(yè)在空間上的集聚不僅方便了金融機(jī)構(gòu)之間的聯(lián)系與合作,而且提高了與商務(wù)中心區(qū)里其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的合作效率。金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)已成為提高商務(wù)中心區(qū)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵因素。 改革開放以來,伴隨著我國(guó)對(duì)外開放程度的不斷加深,經(jīng)濟(jì)得到飛速發(fā)展,金融產(chǎn)業(yè)的貢獻(xiàn)尤為突出。金融產(chǎn)業(yè)作為現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的重要組成部分,對(duì)現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)起著非常關(guān)鍵的促進(jìn)作用�，F(xiàn)代便捷的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)離不開高效的金融產(chǎn)業(yè)的支持。北京作為我國(guó)首都,處于政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化中心的核心地位,迫切的需要建設(shè)一個(gè)具有核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的國(guó)際金融中心。 基于宏觀背景與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要,國(guó)務(wù)院于1993年批準(zhǔn),北京商務(wù)中心區(qū)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱北京CBD)初步建設(shè)規(guī)劃。北京CBD以優(yōu)越的地理位置以及品牌效應(yīng),吸引了大量國(guó)內(nèi)外金融、貿(mào)易、商業(yè)、信息及中介服務(wù)等企業(yè)。其中,國(guó)際金融產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚現(xiàn)象尤為突出,北京CBD聚集了眾多世界知名的銀行、證券、保險(xiǎn)等金融機(jī)構(gòu)。為了加快北京CBD國(guó)際金融產(chǎn)業(yè)主聚集區(qū)的建設(shè)工作,要提供適合國(guó)際金融機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展的辦公環(huán)境,提高國(guó)際金融資源聚集度。 國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者在對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的研究中,對(duì)制造業(yè)以及高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究非常多。而將金融產(chǎn)業(yè)在空間上的集聚作為研究對(duì)象的相對(duì)較少,并且從金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚角度研究金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)作用機(jī)理的相關(guān)文章很少。隨著北京CBD的蓬勃發(fā)展與CBD國(guó)際金融產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速集聚,引起了諸多部門以及學(xué)者的重視。國(guó)際金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚作為CBD經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,對(duì)CBD經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生極大的促進(jìn)作用。本文將從理論與實(shí)證兩方面論述北京CBD國(guó)際金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的促進(jìn)機(jī)制。首先將對(duì)金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚理論以及CBD內(nèi)容進(jìn)行相關(guān)綜述。其次,在理論基礎(chǔ)上,通過一組數(shù)據(jù)來具體分析北京CBD國(guó)際金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn),闡述北京CBD國(guó)際金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的現(xiàn)狀。然后通過SWOT模型,對(duì)北京CBD國(guó)際金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入分析。最后,通過總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外其他著名CBD金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚成功的關(guān)鍵優(yōu)勢(shì),并結(jié)合目前北京市的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)以及城市建設(shè)情況,總結(jié)出北京CBD國(guó)際金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚未來的發(fā)展對(duì)策并得出結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, informatization and marketization, the development of financial industry plays a vital role in regional economic growth. With the rapid growth of the financial industry, the financial industry presents the phenomenon of agglomeration in space. The experience of the famous international financial industry agglomeration area abroad shows that the financial industry agglomeration is mostly concentrated in the central business district. The spatial agglomeration of financial industry not only facilitates the connection and cooperation among financial institutions, but also improves the efficiency of cooperation with other industries in the central business district. Financial industry agglomeration has become a key factor to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the central business district. Since the reform and opening up, with the deepening of the degree of opening to the outside world, the economy has been rapidly developed, especially the contribution of the financial industry. As an important part of modern service industry, financial industry plays a key role in promoting modern economic growth. Modern and convenient economic activities can not be separated from the support of efficient financial industry. As the capital of our country, Beijing is in the core position of political, economic and cultural center. It is urgent to build an international financial center with core competence. Based on the macro background and the need of economic development, the State Council approved the preliminary construction plan of Beijing Central Business District (CBD) in 1993. Beijing CBD has attracted a large number of domestic and foreign financial, trade, commercial, information and intermediary services with its superior geographical location and brand effect. Among them, the international financial industry agglomeration phenomenon is particularly prominent, Beijing CBD gathered a number of world-renowned banks, securities, insurance and other financial institutions. In order to speed up the construction of the main gathering area of CBD international financial industry in Beijing, it is necessary to provide an office environment suitable for the development of international financial institutions and to improve the degree of international financial resources aggregation. In the research of industrial agglomeration, there are many researches on manufacturing industry and high-tech industry at home and abroad. However, there are few articles on the mechanism of financial industry agglomeration and economic growth from the perspective of financial industry agglomeration. With the vigorous development of Beijing CBD and the rapid agglomeration of CBD international financial industry, many departments and scholars pay attention to it. As an important part of CBD economic development, international financial industry agglomeration plays a great role in promoting CBD economic growth. This paper discusses the promotion mechanism of Beijing CBD international financial industry agglomeration on regional economic growth from both theoretical and empirical aspects. First of all, the theory of financial industry agglomeration and the content of CBD are reviewed. Secondly, on the basis of theory, this paper analyzes the contribution of Beijing CBD international financial industry agglomeration to regional economic growth through a set of data, and expounds the present situation of Beijing CBD international financial industry agglomeration. Then through the SWOT model, the current situation of Beijing CBD international financial industry agglomeration is deeply analyzed. Finally, by summing up the key advantages of the successful agglomeration of other famous CBD financial industries at home and abroad, and combining the current political, economic and urban construction situation of Beijing, This paper summarizes the future development countermeasures of Beijing CBD international financial industry agglomeration and draws conclusions and prospects.
