【摘要】：綜合考慮信用擔保機構的盈利能力、風險承受能力和信用能力,采用DEA效率評價方法對東北某省擔保協(xié)會的信用擔保綜合運行效率(技術效率、規(guī)模效率)以及投入冗余和產(chǎn)出不足情況進行了實證分析.結果表明:大部分信用擔保處于綜合運行無效狀態(tài);信用擔保的技術效率均高于綜合運行效率但沒有達到純技術效率;信用擔保利用現(xiàn)有經(jīng)營管理技術的能力較強,能在減少投入的同時提高產(chǎn)出水平;大部分信用擔保處在規(guī)模不經(jīng)濟狀態(tài),存在產(chǎn)出不足和投入冗余的情況.說明合理的后續(xù)投入和相匹配的產(chǎn)出,才能發(fā)揮信用擔保的效用.
[Abstract]:Considering the profit ability, risk bearing ability and credit ability of credit guarantee institution, DEA efficiency evaluation method is used to evaluate the comprehensive operational efficiency (technical efficiency) of credit guarantee association in a certain province in Northeast China. Scale efficiency), as well as input redundancy and output insufficiency, are analyzed empirically. The results show that most of the credit guarantee is in an invalid state of comprehensive operation, the technical efficiency of the credit guarantee is higher than that of the comprehensive operation efficiency but not the pure technical efficiency, the ability of the credit guarantee to make use of the existing management technology is stronger. Most of the credit guarantee is in the state of uneconomic scale, and the output is insufficient and the input is redundant. It shows that reasonable follow-up input and matching output can play the role of credit guarantee.
