【摘要】：中國和俄羅斯的貿易逐年增長，2011年中俄貿易進出口額達到792.5億美元，黑龍江省則占比24.4%，成為中俄貿易第一省。黑H行跨境人民幣結算業(yè)務額為104億元，，其中中俄跨境人民幣結算3.5億元，人民幣的境外存量增加，中國政府相繼出臺了一系列的政策和措施積極推進跨境人民幣結算業(yè)務的發(fā)展，客戶正從以往簡單貿易需求向投融資需求和避險需求轉化，黑龍江省銀行業(yè)的跨境人民幣結算業(yè)務競爭尤為激烈。那么黑H行如何基于客戶的需求進行中俄貿易跨境人民幣結算業(yè)務的拓展將是本文研究的主要內容。 本文首先對黑H行中俄跨境人民幣結算業(yè)務的外部環(huán)境進行分析：介紹了俄羅斯近年來的經濟概況；對中俄人民幣結算業(yè)務進行預測；借鑒了日元的國際化經驗并指出黑H行中俄人民幣結算業(yè)務機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。然后對黑H行中俄跨境人民幣結算業(yè)務的內部環(huán)境進行分析：闡述了黑H行中俄本幣結算的現狀；介紹了該行現有的業(yè)務產品及清算路徑；對同業(yè)競爭優(yōu)劣勢進行了分析；提出黑H行中俄人民幣結算業(yè)務的制約因素。接下來對客戶需求進行了分析，并基于此進行業(yè)務拓展研究，指出產品創(chuàng)新的思路和清算路徑的拓展方向。最后提出了中俄貿易跨境人民幣結算的經營對策和建議。包括：從戰(zhàn)略層面上重視中俄跨境人民幣結算業(yè)務、推行跨境人民幣業(yè)務的具體措施、兩國政府的經濟協商解決跨境人民幣結算的實質問題。
[Abstract]:Trade between China and Russia is growing year by year, with imports and exports reaching $79.25 billion in 2011, with Heilongjiang Province accounting for 24.4 percent, making it the first province to trade with Russia. Black H Bank's cross-border RMB settlement volume is 10.4 billion yuan, of which Russia's cross-border RMB settlement volume is 350 million yuan, and the offshore stock of RMB has increased. The Chinese government has successively issued a series of policies and measures to actively promote the development of cross-border RMB settlement business. Customers are transforming from simple trade demand to investment and financing demand and risk aversion demand. The cross-border RMB settlement business competition of Heilongjiang province banking industry is particularly fierce. So how to expand the cross-border RMB settlement business of Sino-Russian trade based on customers' needs will be the main content of this paper. This paper first analyzes the external environment of Sino-Russian cross-border RMB settlement business in China and Russia, introduces the economic situation of Russia in recent years, forecasts the RMB settlement business between China and Russia. This paper draws lessons from the Japanese yen's internationalization experience and points out the opportunities and challenges of the Sino-Russian RMB settlement business. Then it analyzes the internal environment of Sino-Russian cross-border RMB settlement business in Black H Bank: expounds the current situation of Sino-Russian currency settlement in Black H Bank, introduces the existing business products and liquidation path of the Bank, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the same trade competition. Put forward the black H line China-Russia RMB settlement business constraints. Then the customer demand is analyzed, and the business development research based on this is carried out, pointing out the idea of product innovation and the expanding direction of liquidation path. Finally, the paper puts forward the management countermeasures and suggestions of cross-border RMB settlement of Sino-Russian trade. Including: from the strategic level to pay attention to the Sino-Russian cross-border RMB settlement business, the implementation of cross-border RMB business specific measures, the two governments economic negotiations to resolve the substantive issues of cross-border RMB settlement.
