【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國一直致力于對外開放,以期改變經(jīng)濟落后的局面,我國的經(jīng)濟狀況也確實發(fā)生了翻大覆地的變化。幾十年來,我國不斷加大引進外資的力度,利用外商直接投資的規(guī)模和數(shù)量不斷增加,外商直接投資對我國經(jīng)濟的影響也越來越明顯。重慶市地處內(nèi)陸,在發(fā)展對外開放的過程中相較于東部和中部地區(qū)都處于不利位置,然而重慶依然堅定不移地走著改革開放的道路。自重慶直轄以來,對外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展有了第一次提速,而我國加入WTO,以及國家實行西部大開發(fā)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略又給了重慶市經(jīng)濟和貿(mào)易發(fā)展一次契機,在這樣的大背景下,重慶更是大力地發(fā)展對外貿(mào)易和引進外商直接投資,外商直接投資逐漸成為重慶市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要源泉之一,對重慶市的經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)生深刻的影響。隨著我國加入世界貿(mào)易組織及世界經(jīng)濟一體化步伐加快,外商直接投資已經(jīng)成為我國經(jīng)濟建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容和基本組成部分,對重慶,也同樣如此。然而,客觀來講,重慶在引進和利用外商直接投資的過程中仍然存在一些問題,使得其貿(mào)易效應(yīng)并沒有得到很好的體現(xiàn),所以,研究外商直接投資與重慶經(jīng)濟增長和對外貿(mào)易的關(guān)系有著重要的實際意義。 本文首先對國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)文獻進行梳理,包括蒙代爾的外商直接投資與對外貿(mào)易的替代理論,小島清為代表的互補理論等,進而研究了外商直接投資的四種不同的貿(mào)易效應(yīng)和外商直接投資對被投資國的直接影響和間接影響,并了解各種具體的影響途徑。 其次,通過分別查閱相關(guān)年份和地區(qū)的統(tǒng)計年鑒、統(tǒng)計公報以及其他網(wǎng)站,了解重慶市外商直接投資的現(xiàn)狀和特點包括總量、規(guī)模、方式、來源國或地區(qū)等等,分層次對其進行一個縱向的比較,分析其在重慶直轄以來的發(fā)展情況和趨勢,以及重慶市外商直接投資對貿(mào)易的影響,并分析了目前重慶外商直接投資存在的問題及原因分析,以期使大家對重慶市利用外商直接投資的整體情況有一個具體的了解。 再次,在實證分析的過程中,本文采用了回歸分析與相關(guān)性分析驗證重慶外商直接投資對進出口貿(mào)易總額、真實進出口貿(mào)易額及進出口結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。同時通過相關(guān)性分析驗證了影響外商直接投資的貿(mào)易效應(yīng)因素。得出以下結(jié)論：第一、重慶外商直接投資額對重慶進出口總量起著重要的促進作用；第二、重慶外商直接投資主要改善了重慶的出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu),對進口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)無顯著影響；第三、影響重慶外商直接投資的貿(mào)易效應(yīng)的主要因素有投資方式、投資來源國或地區(qū)以及投資行業(yè)。 最后,本文在前面的理論分析和實證檢驗的基礎(chǔ)上,對當(dāng)前重慶市利用外商直接投資存在的一些問題進行了具體分析,并針對重慶市的具體情況提出了相應(yīng)的對策和建議,并展望重慶未來在引進和利用外商直接投資方面的前景。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, our country has been committed to opening up to the outside world in order to change the situation of economic backwardness, and the economic situation of our country has changed greatly. In the past few decades, our country has increased the intensity of introducing foreign capital, increasing the scale and quantity of foreign direct investment and the influence of foreign direct investment on China's economy. It is also becoming more and more obvious that Chongqing is located in the inland and is in a disadvantageous position in the process of opening up to the outside world. However, Chongqing is still unswervingly taking the road of reform and opening up. Since Chongqing has been under the central government, the development of foreign trade has been the first speed, China has joined the WTO, and the country has carried out the West. The development strategy has also given the economic and trade development of Chongqing an opportunity. Under such a background, Chongqing is developing foreign trade and introducing foreign direct investment. Foreign direct investment has gradually become one of the important sources of the economic development of Chongqing, and has a profound influence on the economy of Chongqing. The pace of World Trade Organization and world economic integration has been accelerated. Foreign direct investment has become an important part and a basic component of China's economic construction. It is also the same for Chongqing. However, objectively speaking, there are still some problems in the process of introducing and utilizing foreign direct investment in Chongqing, which makes its trade effect not possible. To the very good embodiment, therefore, studies the foreign direct investment and the Chongqing economic growth and the foreign trade relations has the important practical significance.
This paper first reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad, including Mundell's theory of foreign direct investment and foreign trade, and the complementary theory of small island, and then studies the direct and indirect effects of foreign direct investment on four different trade effects and foreign direct investment to the invested countries. Specific ways of influencing.
Secondly, through the statistical yearbook of relevant years and regions, statistical bulletin and other websites, the current situation and characteristics of foreign direct investment in Chongqing are understood, including the total amount, scale, mode, source country or region, and so on. And the impact of foreign direct investment in Chongqing on trade, and analysis of the existing problems and causes of foreign direct investment in Chongqing, in order to make people have a specific understanding of the overall situation of the use of foreign direct investment in Chongqing.
Thirdly, in the process of empirical analysis, this paper uses regression analysis and correlation analysis to verify the effect of foreign direct investment in Chongqing on the total import and export trade volume, the actual import and export trade volume and the import and export structure. The amount of foreign direct investment in Chongqing plays an important role in promoting the total import and export of Chongqing. Second, the foreign direct investment in Chongqing mainly improves the export trade structure of Chongqing and has no significant influence on the structure of the import trade. Third, the main factors affecting the trade effect of Chongqing's foreign direct investment are the investment mode, the country or the land of the investment. District and investment industry.
Finally, on the basis of the previous theoretical analysis and empirical test, this paper makes a specific analysis of the existing problems in the use of foreign direct investment in Chongqing, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the specific situation of Chongqing, and looks forward to the future prospects of the introduction and utilization of foreign direct investment in Chongqing.
