【摘要】：2000年以來(lái)，越南盾貶值問(wèn)題成為影響越南經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題。與一些發(fā)展中國(guó)家不同，貨幣貶值會(huì)給本國(guó)帶來(lái)許多好處，，但越南貨幣貶值卻給越南帶來(lái)諸多負(fù)面影響。這是由于越南經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不夠成熟、進(jìn)出口結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等問(wèn)題所帶來(lái)的后果。本文選取越南國(guó)際收支狀況作為分析的出發(fā)點(diǎn)，深入分析越南盾貶值對(duì)越南的經(jīng)常賬戶及資本和金融賬戶的影響，進(jìn)而提出一些建議以及策略。 在闡述出匯率理論、國(guó)際收支理論以及匯率對(duì)國(guó)際收支影響理論的基礎(chǔ)上，本論文首先進(jìn)行分析導(dǎo)致越南國(guó)際收支在2000年至2010年階段逆差的原因及其現(xiàn)狀，該部分本文采用越南統(tǒng)計(jì)總局網(wǎng)站的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)展示越南國(guó)際收支在2000-2010階段的現(xiàn)狀。從具體的數(shù)據(jù)上進(jìn)一步分析越南國(guó)際收支不平衡的原因以及越南國(guó)際收支不平衡與越南盾貶值。再次，具體分析當(dāng)越南貨幣貶值會(huì)對(duì)國(guó)際收支帶來(lái)哪些負(fù)面影響。本論文不僅僅使用數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)展示越南國(guó)際收支的現(xiàn)狀，而且為了說(shuō)明越南國(guó)際收支不平衡與越南盾貶值之間的關(guān)系，筆者采取計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)軟件進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，進(jìn)一步說(shuō)明兩者的聯(lián)系。最后，通過(guò)前文分析對(duì)越南國(guó)際收支提出一些建議和策略。
[Abstract]:Since 2000, the devaluation of the dong has become an important issue affecting Vietnam's economic development and foreign economic relations. Unlike some developing countries, devaluation can bring a lot of benefits, but Vietnam has a lot of negative effects. This is due to Vietnam's economic development is not mature, import and export structure unreasonable and other problems brought about by the consequences. This paper selects Vietnam's balance of payments as the starting point to analyze the impact of Vietnam's devaluation on the current account, capital and financial accounts, and then puts forward some suggestions and strategies. On the basis of expounding the exchange rate theory, the balance of payments theory and the influence of exchange rate on the balance of payments, this paper first analyzes the causes and the present situation of Vietnam's balance of payments deficit from 2000 to 2010. This part uses the data of Vietnam Statistics Bureau website to show the current situation of Vietnam's balance of payments in the period 2000-2010. The causes of Vietnam's balance of payments imbalance and Vietnam's balance of payments imbalance and the devaluation of Vietnam's dong are further analyzed in terms of specific data. Thirdly, it analyzes the negative effects of Vietnam's devaluation on the balance of payments. This paper not only uses data to show the current situation of Vietnam's balance of payments, but also in order to explain the relationship between Vietnam's balance of payments imbalance and the devaluation of Vietnam's dong, the author adopts econometrics software to carry out empirical analysis. Further explain the connection between the two. Finally, through the previous analysis of Vietnam's balance of payments put forward some suggestions and strategies.
