【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的日新月異,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)快速的滲入到人們的日常生活中,依托于網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的發(fā)展更是方興未艾�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)金融對(duì)提高金融業(yè)的融資效率、降低融資成本,促進(jìn)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,改變傳統(tǒng)金融“脫實(shí)向虛”傾向及解決中小企業(yè)融資的難題等有著重要的意義。今年兩會(huì)期間提出的“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”行動(dòng)計(jì)劃,更使得各行各業(yè)紛紛尋求與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)合作的可能,進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的發(fā)展。而互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的日漸成熟,又為傳統(tǒng)金融業(yè)帶來了一定的影響和沖擊,倒逼其改革與轉(zhuǎn)型�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)金融對(duì)傳統(tǒng)金融業(yè)的沖擊主要體現(xiàn)在使商業(yè)銀資產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的存款率降低、負(fù)債業(yè)務(wù)中融資業(yè)務(wù)受擠壓及中間業(yè)務(wù)的收入被分流等,也體現(xiàn)在對(duì)證券經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)的營銷渠道、差異化及整個(gè)行業(yè)的傭金率水平產(chǎn)生巨大的影響,還體現(xiàn)在一定程度上對(duì)信托及保險(xiǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)生了沖擊�；谏鲜龇治龌A(chǔ)上,采用理論分析和案例相結(jié)合的研究方法對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融沖擊下傳統(tǒng)金融業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)策進(jìn)行了研究。并針對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融對(duì)不同業(yè)務(wù)所產(chǎn)生的不同影響,分別給出銀行、證券、信托基金及保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的未來發(fā)展對(duì)策與建議�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)金融雖然為傳統(tǒng)金融業(yè)帶來一定的沖擊和挑戰(zhàn),但尚不足以撼動(dòng)傳統(tǒng)金融的地位。傳統(tǒng)金融應(yīng)借鑒互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的思維模式,從戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整、經(jīng)營方式,業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范等方面入手積極尋求與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)合作的可能,以以促進(jìn)金融業(yè)的變革與轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network information technology, Internet industry is rapidly infiltrating into people's daily life, and the development of Internet finance based on network technology is in the ascendant. Internet finance plays an important role in improving finance efficiency, reducing financing cost, promoting real economy growth, changing the tendency of traditional finance to be "detrusive to virtual" and solving the problem of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises. The "Internet" action plan put forward during the two sessions this year has made all walks of life look for the possibility of cooperation with Internet enterprises one after another, further promoting the development of Internet finance. With the maturity of Internet finance, it has brought some influence and impact to the traditional financial industry and forced its reform and transformation. The impact of Internet finance on the traditional financial industry is mainly reflected in the reduction of the deposit rate of commercial silver assets business, the compression of financing business in debt business, the diversion of income from intermediate business, and the marketing channels for securities brokerage business. Differentiation and the level of commission rate have a great impact on the trust and insurance industry. Based on the above analysis, this paper studies the development countermeasures of traditional financial industry under the impact of Internet finance by using the method of theoretical analysis and case study. According to the different influence of Internet finance on different business, the paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of bank, securities, trust fund and insurance industry. Although Internet finance brings certain impact and challenge to traditional finance, it is not enough to shake the position of traditional finance. Traditional finance should learn from the thinking mode of Internet finance and actively seek the possibility of cooperation with Internet enterprises from the aspects of strategic adjustment, management mode, business innovation and risk prevention, in order to promote the reform and transformation of financial industry.
