【摘要】:隨著我國金融體制改革的全面深化,內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)村信用社面臨著加快擴(kuò)張的外資銀行及充滿活力的股份制銀行外部的雙重挑戰(zhàn),如何提高營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的綜合能力,已經(jīng)成為其未來發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)。同時(shí),營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)型也使其面臨巨大的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。近幾年來,金融機(jī)構(gòu)紛紛將競爭的重點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向服務(wù),制定服務(wù)戰(zhàn)略來贏得客戶。作為我國金融體系的組成部分,內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)村信用社整體的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、服務(wù)效率、成本結(jié)構(gòu)是否最優(yōu)也受到營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)服務(wù)運(yùn)營管理的直接影響,因此,如何改變目前網(wǎng)點(diǎn)服務(wù)效能低下,提升服務(wù)營銷技巧,實(shí)現(xiàn)營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)由“以產(chǎn)品為中心”到“以客戶為中心”的轉(zhuǎn)型已成為內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)村信用社工作的重中之重。 本文圍繞內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)村信用社這一主體,在運(yùn)營管理、服務(wù)運(yùn)營管理、商業(yè)銀行服務(wù)運(yùn)營等相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)過調(diào)查研究將國內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)服務(wù)運(yùn)營管理的先進(jìn)做法融入其中,結(jié)合內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)村信用社營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)服務(wù)管理的現(xiàn)狀,深入分析了基層營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)存在的問題,提出對該問題進(jìn)行研究的必要性,有針對性的構(gòu)建營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)服務(wù)運(yùn)營管理的整體方案,并予以實(shí)施措施來保證其實(shí)現(xiàn)。為內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)村信用社營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)服務(wù)水平的提高提出建議,從而促進(jìn)整體經(jīng)營效率的提高。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of financial system reform in China, Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperatives are faced with the dual challenges of accelerating expansion of foreign banks and dynamic joint-stock banks, how to improve the comprehensive ability of business outlets. It has become the focus of its future development. At the same time, the transformation of business outlets is also facing enormous opportunities and challenges. In recent years, financial institutions have shifted the focus of competition to services, formulating service strategies to win customers. As an integral part of China's financial system, the overall economic efficiency, service efficiency and cost structure of Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperatives are also directly affected by the operation and management of business network services. How to change the current low service efficiency, improve service marketing skills, and realize the transformation from "product-centered" to "customer-centric" has become the most important work of Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperatives. This paper focuses on Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperative, which is based on the related theories of operation management, service operation management, commercial bank service operation and so on. Through investigation and research, the advanced practices of domestic and foreign commercial banks' service operation and management of business network are integrated into it. Combined with the present situation of Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperatives' service management, this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the business network at the grass-roots level. This paper puts forward the necessity of studying this problem, constructs the whole scheme of service operation management of business network, and puts into practice measures to ensure its realization. Some suggestions are put forward for the improvement of the service level of the business network of Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperative, so as to promote the improvement of the overall operating efficiency.
