【摘要】：2008年金融危機爆發(fā)之后,世界各國都開始對美元壟斷的國際化貨幣體系表示擔(dān)憂,期待建立新的多元化貨幣體系。尤其是發(fā)展中國家開始希望取得國際貨幣體系中的發(fā)言權(quán),有關(guān)人民幣國際化的呼聲也越來越高。人民幣國際化成為國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)注的焦點。2011年10月份,外商直接投資人民幣結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)(簡稱人民幣FDI)政策正式出臺,旨在建立人民幣回流機制,為人民幣國際化鋪路。本文正是選取這一切入點對人民幣國際化和人民幣FDI的互動機理進行研究。 本文的第一章為緒論,先從現(xiàn)有的國內(nèi)外研究成果入手,對現(xiàn)有的有關(guān)人民幣國際化定義、現(xiàn)狀、條件、制約因素以及人民幣FDI的影響進行綜述。第二章對經(jīng)典的貨幣替代和貨幣國際化理論進行回顧。第三章分別從必要性、條件和制約因素等方面對人民幣國際化現(xiàn)狀進行闡述,并在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建貨幣需求函數(shù)模型,用缺口估計的方法估算境外人民幣流通量。第四章是文章的主體部分,先對人民幣FDI的相關(guān)知識進行簡單介紹,并對兩者的互動關(guān)系進行探討。之后建立回歸模型,引入虛擬變量探析人民幣FDI推行之后對人民幣國際化的影響。第五章從貨幣回流的角度對美元、歐元和日元國際化進程的回顧并總結(jié)經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn),為人民幣國際化提供借鑒。第六章則分別從政府、金融機構(gòu)和企業(yè)的層面為推動人民幣國際化和人民幣FDI互動發(fā)展提供建議。第七章為結(jié)論部分。
[Abstract]:After the financial crisis broke out in 2008, the world began to express concern about the international monetary system of the dollar monopoly, looking forward to the establishment of a new diversified currency system. Developing countries, in particular, are beginning to hope to gain a say in the international monetary system, and calls for the internationalization of the yuan are growing. RMB internationalization has become the focus of scholars at home and abroad. In October 2011, foreign direct investment RMB settlement (RMB FDI) policy was formally introduced to set up a mechanism for RMB return and pave the way for RMB internationalization. This paper chooses this entry point to study the interaction mechanism of RMB internationalization and RMB FDI. The first chapter of this paper is the introduction, starting with the existing domestic and foreign research results, the current definition of RMB internationalization, the status quo, conditions, constraints and the impact of RMB FDI are summarized. Chapter two reviews the classical theories of currency substitution and currency internationalization. The third chapter elaborates the current situation of RMB internationalization from the aspects of necessity, condition and restriction factors, and constructs the monetary demand function model on the basis of which, and estimates the circulation of RMB overseas by gap estimation method. The fourth chapter is the main part of the article, first of all, the related knowledge of RMB FDI is briefly introduced, and the interactive relationship between the two is discussed. Then a regression model is established to analyze the impact of RMB FDI on RMB internationalization. The fifth chapter reviews the internationalization process of US dollar, euro and yen from the point of currency return and summarizes the experiences and lessons to provide reference for RMB internationalization. The sixth chapter provides suggestions for promoting the internationalization of RMB and the interactive development of RMB FDI from the level of government, financial institutions and enterprises. Chapter seven is the conclusion.
