【摘要】:隨著佳木斯居民財(cái)富的日益增長(zhǎng),個(gè)人理財(cái)服務(wù)的需求越來(lái)越大,對(duì)金融機(jī)構(gòu)提供的個(gè)人理財(cái)服務(wù)感興趣,個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)在佳木斯市有很大的增長(zhǎng)空間對(duì)佳木斯市普通市民來(lái)說(shuō),財(cái)產(chǎn)的增值方式非常有限,同時(shí)普遍缺乏與個(gè)人理財(cái)相關(guān)的知識(shí)當(dāng)前佳木斯各大商業(yè)銀行的業(yè)務(wù)收入仍以存貸款利息差為主,但這種單一模式的盈利空間日益萎縮考慮到佳木斯市場(chǎng)的規(guī)模,很難有更大的拓展空間,中間業(yè)務(wù)逐漸受到各商業(yè)銀行的重視,非利息收入業(yè)務(wù)也已經(jīng)有了很大的發(fā)展而個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)還處于剛剛起步的階段,但是潛在的市場(chǎng)非常大,佳木斯市各商業(yè)銀行間個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)出現(xiàn)激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),同時(shí)來(lái)自證券公司,保險(xiǎn)公司等金融機(jī)構(gòu)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力也日益明顯 本文對(duì)建設(shè)銀行佳木斯分行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,利用SWOT分析方法,指出了建設(shè)銀行佳木斯分行在開(kāi)辦個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)劣勢(shì)機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,在此基礎(chǔ)上揭示了建設(shè)銀行佳木斯分行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而在制度建立市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)品牌推廣等方面提出相應(yīng)的建議,,以期為建設(shè)銀行佳木斯分行增強(qiáng)個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提供有益的幫助
[Abstract]:With the increasing wealth of the residents in Jiamusi, the demand for personal financial services is becoming more and more large, and the personal financial services provided by financial institutions are interested. There is a lot of growth space for personal financial services in Jiamusi. For ordinary citizens of Jiamusi, the way of increasing the value of property is very limited. At the same time, there is a general lack of personal financial management. At present, the business income of the major commercial banks in Jiamusi is still dominated by the interest difference of deposit and loan. However, the shrinking profit space of this single mode is taking into account the scale of the Jiamusi market, it is difficult to have greater expansion space, the intermediary business is gradually paid attention to by the commercial banks, and the non interest income business has also been greatly developed. The personal financial business is still in the beginning stage, but the potential market is very big. There is fierce competition among the commercial banks in Jiamusi. At the same time, the pressure of competition from financial institutions such as securities companies and insurance companies is becoming more and more obvious.
This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of personal financial services in Jiamusi branch of the Construction Bank, and uses the SWOT analysis method to point out the opportunities and threats of the advantages and disadvantages of the Jiamusi branch of the Construction Bank in setting up personal financial services, and on this basis reveals the problems existing in the personal financial services of the Jiamusi branch of the Construction Bank. In order to provide beneficial help for the construction of Jiamusi branch of Construction Bank to enhance the competitiveness of personal financial services, some suggestions have been put forward in the system of establishing marketing business innovative talents and promoting brand promotion.
