【摘要】：表面上看,當前世界的經(jīng)濟危機是由美國房地產(chǎn)泡沫破滅所引發(fā)的,但根源則是現(xiàn)行國際貨幣體系。因為現(xiàn)行的國際貨幣體系存在許多弊端,不適應(yīng)當前世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要。正是這樣的弊端,使中俄兩國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展遭到了諸多挑戰(zhàn)。當前的世界經(jīng)濟危機也給中國和俄羅斯逐步擺脫"美元約束"帶來新的機遇。如果中俄兩國能夠立足于互利雙贏不斷地深化金融領(lǐng)域的合作,將對以美元為首的國際貨幣體系形成巨大挑戰(zhàn),使兩國改革現(xiàn)行國際貨幣體系的共同原則設(shè)想不斷得到實際措施的支撐。
[Abstract]:On the face of it, the current world economic crisis was triggered by the bursting of the U.S. housing bubble, but the root of the current international monetary system. Because the current international monetary system has many drawbacks, it does not meet the needs of the current world economic development. It is precisely this kind of malpractice, make the economic development of China and Russia met many challenges. The current world economic crisis has also brought new opportunities for China and Russia to move away from dollar constraints. If China and Russia can continue to deepen cooperation in the financial field on the basis of mutual benefit and win-win situation, it will pose a great challenge to the international monetary system headed by the US dollar. The common principles of reforming the current international monetary system are constantly supported by practical measures.
