【摘要】:近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,GDP多年來(lái)保持較高的增速,金融業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展,外資銀行和地方性商業(yè)銀行的崛起,使得我國(guó)銀行同業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈演愈烈。四大國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行是我國(guó)銀行業(yè)的重要組成部分,它是否有序、健康發(fā)展關(guān)系到我國(guó)金融業(yè)乃至整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。目前,我國(guó)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行正面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn),如何在新形勢(shì)下謀求更好地發(fā)展成為國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行共同的研究課題。 伴隨著金融市場(chǎng)逐步走向國(guó)際化以及知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),銀行間成本、產(chǎn)品以及服務(wù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)歸根到底就是人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),誰(shuí)擁有了人才,并能充分發(fā)揮其價(jià)值,誰(shuí)就能最終贏得競(jìng)爭(zhēng),獲得生存的權(quán)利和空間。如何更好的管理與使用人才,最大限度地挖掘和發(fā)揮其潛力,調(diào)動(dòng)其工作的積極性,就成為商業(yè)銀行謀取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)最終戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的必然要求。 本文基于這種認(rèn)識(shí),通過(guò)分析農(nóng)行TD分行的員工績(jī)效管理現(xiàn)狀,找出問(wèn)題,建立新的基于BSC的員工績(jī)效管理體系,以便于更好地管理員工,發(fā)揮其最大的效用,使得農(nóng)行TD分行在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of domestic economy and the rapid growth of GDP for many years, the rapid development of financial industry, the rise of foreign banks and local commercial banks, make the competition between banks in our country become more and more fierce. The four state-owned commercial banks are an important part of China's banking industry. Whether they are orderly or not is related to the development of our financial industry and the national economy as a whole. At present, China's state-owned commercial banks are facing enormous challenges, how to better develop into a common research subject of state-owned commercial banks under the new situation. With the gradual internationalization of the financial market and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the competition among banks in terms of costs, products and services is, in the final analysis, the competition for talents. Who has the talent and can give full play to its value. Who can finally win the competition, the right to survive and the space. How to better manage and use talents, excavate and exert their potential to the maximum extent, arouse their enthusiasm of work, become the inevitable requirement for commercial banks to seek the competitive advantage and realize the ultimate strategic goal. Based on this understanding, this paper analyzes the current situation of employee performance management in TD branch of Agricultural Bank of China, finds out the problems, and establishes a new performance management system based on BSC in order to better manage the staff and give full play to its maximum utility. So that ABC TD branch in the competition in an invincible position.
