【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展、綜合國力的不斷提高,作為交易媒介、支付手段和貯藏手段,人民幣在周邊國家和港澳地區(qū)被使用的頻率越來越高、范圍越來越廣。再加上,國際貨幣體系并不穩(wěn)定,主要國際貨幣的價值頻繁波動,尤其2008年全球金融危機之后,國際貨幣體系格局面臨著新一輪的調(diào)整,人民幣成為未來國際貨幣的“熱門人選”,因此,人民幣的國際化問題受到國內(nèi)外政界、學(xué)術(shù)界的廣泛關(guān)注。 但鑒于貨幣的國際化是一個成本和收益并存的過程,而我國的金融體系還不健全,人民幣國際化必然會對我國的宏觀經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)生重大影響。而代表一國外部均衡狀況的國際收支,以及十幾年間持續(xù)呈現(xiàn)“雙順差”的我國獨特的國際收支結(jié)構(gòu),研究人民幣國際化對國際收支均衡的影響效應(yīng)是非常有價值的。 針對人民幣尚未實現(xiàn)國際化且仍在國際化進程中的現(xiàn)實,本文選擇采用定性與定量的方法,在國際比較的視角下,研究貨幣國際化對國際收支均衡的效應(yīng)。本文首先從貨幣國際化影響國際收支的途徑入手,進行貨幣國際化對國際收支均衡效應(yīng)的理論分析和模型推導(dǎo)；然后,分析我國國際收支“雙順差”的現(xiàn)狀,并對人民幣以及其他主要貨幣的國際化程度進行測度；接下來,選取1999年至2011年第一季度的季度數(shù)據(jù)進行實證研究,分析有代表性的幾種貨幣的國際化對國際收支均衡的效應(yīng)；最后,得出人民幣國際化對國際收支均衡存在一個正的效應(yīng)的結(jié)論,并針對隨著人民幣國際化程度的提高而我國的國際收支失衡卻更嚴重的現(xiàn)實,分析原因,并為了盡快凸顯人民幣國際化對國際收支均衡的正效應(yīng),從推進人民幣國際化的角度提出相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the comprehensive national strength, as a trading medium, means of payment and storage means, the RMB is used more and more frequently in neighboring countries and in Hong Kong and Macao. In addition, the international monetary system is unstable and the value of major international currencies fluctuates frequently. Especially after the 2008 global financial crisis, the pattern of the international monetary system is facing a new round of adjustment. The RMB has become a "hot candidate" for the future international currency, so the internationalization of the RMB has attracted wide attention from domestic and foreign political and academic circles. But in view of the fact that the internationalization of currency is a process of coexistence of cost and income, and the financial system of our country is not perfect, the internationalization of RMB will inevitably have a great impact on the macro economy of our country. It is very valuable to study the effect of RMB internationalization on the balance of payments, which represents the balance of payments of a country and the unique balance of payments structure of our country which continuously presents "double surplus" for more than ten years. In view of the fact that RMB has not yet been internationalized and is still in the process of internationalization, this paper chooses qualitative and quantitative methods to study the effects of currency internationalization on balance of payments from the perspective of international comparison. This article starts with the way that currency internationalization affects the balance of payments, and then analyzes the current situation of "double surplus" of international balance of payments in China, and analyzes the theoretical analysis and model derivation of the effect of currency internationalization on international balance of payments. The paper also measures the degree of internationalization of RMB and other major currencies. Then, the paper analyzes the effects of internationalization of several representative currencies on the balance of payments by selecting quarterly data from 1999 to the first quarter of 2011. Finally, the author draws a conclusion that RMB internationalization has a positive effect on the balance of payments, and analyzes the reasons for the fact that the balance of payments imbalance in China is becoming more serious with the increase of RMB internationalization. In order to highlight the positive effect of RMB internationalization on the balance of payments as soon as possible, this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions from the perspective of promoting RMB internationalization.
