【摘要】：近年來，區(qū)域金融生態(tài)論的提出受到了國內(nèi)學者的普遍關(guān)注，為研究區(qū)域金融發(fā)展提供了新的視角。眾多理論和實證研究表明，區(qū)域金融發(fā)展對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長、區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整具有積極的推動作用，因此區(qū)域金融發(fā)展的重要性不言而喻。更進一步，對區(qū)域金融生態(tài)環(huán)境與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的理論和實證方面也有所研究，結(jié)果表明區(qū)域金融生態(tài)的優(yōu)化與區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級也呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān)關(guān)系。事實表明，，區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級做為各個地區(qū)一直以來貫徹落實的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，已經(jīng)初步取得了成效，如產(chǎn)業(yè)向中西部轉(zhuǎn)移等。湖南省做為近年來中部地區(qū)發(fā)展較為迅速的省份，在區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級方面已經(jīng)取得了一定的成績。因此，在區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級背景下研究區(qū)域金融生態(tài)問題，也是一個提高區(qū)域金融生態(tài)水平的新角度，以中部經(jīng)濟發(fā)展試點重點區(qū)域湖南省為研究對象具有突出的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文基于區(qū)域金融發(fā)展與區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的關(guān)系的基本理論，通過研究區(qū)域金融生態(tài)水平和區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級展開。首先，一方面從區(qū)域金融生態(tài)論出發(fā)，分析了區(qū)域金融生態(tài)的內(nèi)涵和特征，并在此基礎(chǔ)上，定義了區(qū)域金融生態(tài)水平的概念和意義；另一方面，分析了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的內(nèi)涵及意義。其次，從數(shù)理的角度論證了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級對區(qū)域金融生態(tài)水平的推動作用，并且構(gòu)建了區(qū)域金融生態(tài)水平和區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的指標體系，用湖南省市級面板數(shù)據(jù)實證檢驗區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級對區(qū)域金融生態(tài)水平的優(yōu)化作用。最后，在區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級優(yōu)化區(qū)域金融生態(tài)水平的理論和實證的基礎(chǔ)上提出優(yōu)化湖南省金融生態(tài)水平的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the introduction of regional financial ecology theory has attracted the attention of domestic scholars , and has provided a new visual angle for the study of regional financial development . It shows that regional financial development has positive impetus to regional economic growth and regional industrial structure adjustment .

Based on the basic theory of the relationship between regional financial development and regional industrial structure upgrading , this paper studies the regional financial ecological level and regional industrial structure optimization and upgrading . Firstly , based on regional financial ecology theory , the connotation and characteristics of regional financial ecology are analyzed , and the concept and significance of regional financial ecological level are defined .
On the other hand , the connotation and significance of regional industrial structure upgrading are analyzed . Secondly , the promotion effect of regional industrial structure upgrading on regional financial ecology level is demonstrated from the angle of mathematical theory , and the index system of regional financial ecological level and regional industrial structure upgrading is constructed .
