【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的快速增長,社會財富的積累日趨豐厚,廣大居民個人收入和財富快速增長,客戶不僅僅滿足于商業(yè)銀行的傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)方式和銷售模式。與此同時,金融服務(wù)市場急劇擴大,隨著商業(yè)銀行擴大產(chǎn)品銷售、增強自身市場競爭能力、增加收益水平等內(nèi)在動力驅(qū)使,各家商業(yè)銀行對個人銀行業(yè)務(wù)開始重新審視并大舉進軍零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)。商業(yè)銀行的營業(yè)網(wǎng)點作為面對客戶的最基層營業(yè)機構(gòu),其功能已從傳統(tǒng)的交易核算型向零售銷售型轉(zhuǎn)變。隨著銀行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展及對外開發(fā)程序的日益提高,銀行業(yè)的競爭愈加趨于激烈。商業(yè)銀行的網(wǎng)點轉(zhuǎn)型勢在必行。 本文在回顧了大量國內(nèi)外網(wǎng)點轉(zhuǎn)型研究基礎(chǔ)上,通過理論結(jié)合實際的方法,運用了統(tǒng)計分析、案例分析等方法,分析了包商銀行網(wǎng)點現(xiàn)狀,找到包商銀行網(wǎng)點軟硬件的短板,通過對國內(nèi)外形勢的變化分析,明確了包商銀行零售網(wǎng)點轉(zhuǎn)型的必要性,對轉(zhuǎn)型問題及原因的進一步分析,深究原因,通過借鑒國內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點轉(zhuǎn)型模式成功經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合包商銀行實際情況,最終對包商銀行網(wǎng)點轉(zhuǎn)型模式提出了較為完善的轉(zhuǎn)型對策。希望對包商銀行乃至其他商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點轉(zhuǎn)型模式的選擇有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of economy, the accumulation of social wealth is becoming more and more rich, and the personal income and wealth of the vast number of residents are growing rapidly. Customers are not only satisfied with the traditional service mode and sales mode of commercial banks. At the same time, the financial services market has expanded dramatically. As commercial banks expand their product sales, enhance their own market competitiveness, and increase the level of income, and so on, Commercial banks began to re-examine the individual banking business and into the retail banking business. As the most basic business institution facing customers, commercial bank's function has changed from the traditional transaction accounting model to the retail sales type. With the rapid development of the banking industry and the increasing process of external development, the competition of the banking industry is becoming more and more fierce. The network transformation of commercial banks is imperative. On the basis of reviewing a large number of domestic and foreign network transformation studies, through the combination of theory and practice, using the methods of statistical analysis and case analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation of the contractor's bank network, and finds the hardware and software of the contractor's bank network's short board. By analyzing the changes of domestic and foreign situation, this paper makes clear the necessity of the transformation of retail outlets of contractors' banks, further analyzes the problems and causes of the transformation, explores the reasons, and draws lessons from the successful experience of the transformation mode of commercial banks' outlets at home and abroad. Combined with the actual situation of the contractor bank, this paper finally puts forward a more perfect transformation countermeasure to the transformation mode of the contractor bank network. It is hoped that the selection of transformation mode for contractor banks and other commercial banks is of practical significance.
