【摘要】：從1998年開始,公募基金在中國歷經(jīng)了短短14年的時間,取得了非常快速的發(fā)展,至今已成立64家基金管理公司,管理著900家公募基金。隨著公募基金的規(guī)模越來越大,公募基金在證券市場中的地位也越來越重要。 然而,現(xiàn)階段公募基金的發(fā)展卻遇上了一系列的問題,比如規(guī)模止步不前,基金經(jīng)理流失嚴(yán)重,商業(yè)銀行越來越擠占基金公司生存空間等等。公募基金的運(yùn)作機(jī)制中有一些已經(jīng)成了制約行業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸。 本文先是介紹了中國公募基金產(chǎn)生的背景,運(yùn)用大量數(shù)據(jù)細(xì)述了公募基金發(fā)展的概況、公募基金的績效水平,深入分析當(dāng)前公募基金的運(yùn)作機(jī)制,并且和國內(nèi)的私募基金在運(yùn)作機(jī)制上作了深入的對比分析。然后深入分析了公募基金在當(dāng)前遇到的一系列問題,最后指出當(dāng)前公募基金發(fā)展中面臨的問題實質(zhì)上是運(yùn)作機(jī)制方面的問題,并對運(yùn)作機(jī)制方面的創(chuàng)新提出了五個可行的措施。
[Abstract]:Since 1998, the public offering fund has been in China for 14 years, and has made a very rapid development. So far, 64 fund management companies have been set up, and 900 public funds have been managed. With the increasing scale of public funds, the status of public funds in the securities market is becoming more and more important. However, at the present stage, the development of public offering funds has encountered a series of problems, such as stagnant scale, serious loss of fund managers, commercial banks increasingly crowded out the survival space of fund companies and so on. The operating mechanism of public funds has become a bottleneck restricting the development of the industry. This paper first introduces the background of the public offering fund in China, describes the general situation of the development of the public offering fund, the performance level of the public offering fund, and deeply analyzes the current operating mechanism of the public fund by using a large number of data. And domestic private equity funds in the operation of the mechanism of in-depth comparative analysis. Then, the paper analyzes a series of problems encountered by public funds, and points out that the problems faced in the development of public funds are in essence the problems of operation mechanism, and puts forward five feasible measures for the innovation of operation mechanism.
