【摘要】：近來(lái)隨著東北亞區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,處于東北亞區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的丹東地區(qū)發(fā)展迅速,有著重要的區(qū)位作用,其國(guó)際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)也發(fā)展得越來(lái)越快,其由原來(lái)的中國(guó)銀行一家銀行的獨(dú)有業(yè)務(wù),發(fā)展成為丹東地區(qū)的各家商業(yè)行,比如工商銀行、招商銀行,甚至原來(lái)的地區(qū)性銀行——丹東銀行也開展了國(guó)際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)。在這種情況下,中國(guó)銀行丹東分行如何規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)拓展自己的國(guó)際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù),在激烈的國(guó)際結(jié)算市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中站穩(wěn)腳跟,保住市場(chǎng)份額成為其發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)。本文以此為背景,對(duì)中銀丹東分行的國(guó)際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)及其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,找出防范國(guó)際結(jié)算風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的對(duì)策,以提高中銀丹東分行抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力,促進(jìn)國(guó)際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)的健康發(fā)展。 本文在國(guó)際結(jié)算風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,主要介紹了國(guó)際結(jié)算和國(guó)際結(jié)算風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的定義、國(guó)際結(jié)算風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的種類及其國(guó)際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)的理論依據(jù),從總體以及分別從匯款、托收、信用證、融資四個(gè)主要的業(yè)務(wù)種類介紹了中銀丹東分行的國(guó)際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù),分析各種國(guó)際結(jié)算風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并分別對(duì)針對(duì)各項(xiàng)具體業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出防范方法,最后對(duì)本文進(jìn)行總結(jié)并展望其未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Recently, with the development of the Northeast Asian regional economy, the Dandong region, which is located in the Northeast Asian regional economic circle, has developed rapidly and played an important role in location, and its international settlement business has also developed more and more rapidly. It has developed from the unique business of Bank of China to various commercial firms in Dandong, such as Industrial and Commercial Bank, China Merchants Bank, and even the former regional bank, Dandong Bank, which has also developed its international settlement business. In this case, Dandong Branch of Bank of China how to avoid risks to expand its international settlement business, in the fierce international settlement market competition, to maintain market share become the focus of its development. Based on this background, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the international settlement business and its risks of Dandong Branch of Bank of China, and finds out the countermeasures to prevent the risk of international settlement, so as to improve the ability of resisting risks of Dandong Branch of Bank of China and promote the healthy development of international settlement business. Based on the related theories of international settlement risk management, this paper mainly introduces the definition of international settlement and international settlement risk, the types of international settlement risk and the theoretical basis of international settlement business. The four main business types of collection, letter of credit and financing introduce the international settlement business of Dandong Branch of Bank of China, analyze various international settlement risks, and put forward prevention methods for each specific business risk. Finally, this paper summarizes and looks forward to its future development trend.
