【摘要】：本文以電力行業(yè)和電力企業(yè)面臨的各種實(shí)際問(wèn)題為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，，綜述了電力行業(yè)和電力企業(yè)的規(guī)模、貢獻(xiàn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)情況，闡明電力企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)和融資面臨的問(wèn)題，最終目的是通過(guò)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈金融的進(jìn)一步分析、總結(jié)、研究，提出將供應(yīng)鏈金融應(yīng)用于與某個(gè)行業(yè)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的思路，設(shè)計(jì)出通過(guò)供應(yīng)鏈金融解決電力企業(yè)融資問(wèn)題的具體模式。 整個(gè)論文的研究是建立在大量理論文章的閱讀和各種實(shí)際案例學(xué)習(xí)與分析的基礎(chǔ)之上。通過(guò)理論聯(lián)系實(shí)踐，在國(guó)外、國(guó)內(nèi)以前學(xué)者和專家分析的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合國(guó)外、國(guó)內(nèi)以往案例經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)，立足當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)實(shí)案例的具體實(shí)踐，形成本文的研究成果和結(jié)論，既將供應(yīng)鏈金融作為一種工具、一種模式、一個(gè)系統(tǒng)，獨(dú)立于前人研究的基礎(chǔ)物流行業(yè)和中小企業(yè)，提煉出具有普遍適用性的條件、模式，方便其應(yīng)用于更多的行業(yè)和企業(yè)，即電力行業(yè)和發(fā)電企業(yè)，提出供應(yīng)鏈金融的服務(wù)對(duì)象不必局限于中小企業(yè)，而是擴(kuò)大為與中小企業(yè)“形勢(shì)”相同的發(fā)電企業(yè)。由此，提出將供應(yīng)鏈金融應(yīng)用于發(fā)電企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Based on various practical problems faced by electric power industry and electric power enterprises, this paper summarizes the scale, contribution and operation of electric power industry and enterprises, and expounds the problems faced by electric power enterprises in operation and financing. The ultimate purpose is to design a concrete model to solve the financing problems of electric power enterprises through the further analysis, summary and research of the supply chain finance, and put forward the idea of applying the supply chain finance to a certain industry system. The research of the whole thesis is based on the reading of a large number of theoretical articles and the study and analysis of various practical cases. Through the combination of theory and practice, on the basis of the analysis of foreign and domestic scholars and experts, combined with the experience of foreign and domestic past cases, based on the concrete practice of current domestic cases, the research results and conclusions of this paper are formed. Taking supply chain finance as a tool, a model, a system, independent of the basic logistics industry and small and medium-sized enterprises studied by predecessors, the conditions with universal applicability are refined, and the model is convenient to be applied to more industries and enterprises. In other words, the power industry and power generation enterprises put forward that the service object of supply chain finance should not be limited to small and medium-sized enterprises, but expanded to the same power generation enterprises as the small and medium-sized enterprises'"situation". Therefore, supply chain finance is applied to power generation enterprises.
