【摘要】：物流是涉及國(guó)計(jì)民生的基礎(chǔ)性服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè),2009年國(guó)務(wù)院出臺(tái)了物流產(chǎn)業(yè)振興計(jì)劃,在全國(guó)掀起了物流業(yè)發(fā)展的浪潮,第三方物流企業(yè)借力發(fā)展,紛紛以各種形式參與或開(kāi)展了物流金融業(yè)務(wù)。此舉在一定程度上解決了中小企業(yè)融資難的問(wèn)題,迎合大宗商品電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展。 本文首先對(duì)適用于大宗商品的物流金融基本模式進(jìn)行了理論研究,然后分析了物流金融中各參與方的作用和角色,提出了基于第三方物流企業(yè)主導(dǎo)的貫通整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈的大宗商品物流金融運(yùn)作模式,在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可控的前提下可為上下游企業(yè)提供靈活的融資方式。接著,對(duì)不同類型企業(yè)主導(dǎo)建設(shè)的大宗商品電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)開(kāi)展的物流金融業(yè)務(wù)模式進(jìn)行了研究,并分析各自的優(yōu)劣,提出由于第三方物流企業(yè)的中立性和專業(yè)性可降低物流金融業(yè)務(wù)的成本和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Logistics is a basic service industry involving the national economy and the people's livelihood. In 2009, the State Council issued a plan for the revitalization of the logistics industry, which set off a wave of development of the logistics industry throughout the country, and the third party logistics enterprises took advantage of the development of the logistics industry. One after another to participate in various forms or carry out the logistics financial business. This to some extent to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, catering to the development of commodity e-commerce. In this paper, the basic model of logistics finance suitable for commodities is studied theoretically, and then the roles and roles of the participants in logistics finance are analyzed. This paper puts forward the operation mode of commodity logistics finance based on the third party logistics enterprise leading through the whole supply chain, which can provide flexible financing mode for the upstream and downstream enterprises under the premise of controllable risk. Then, this paper studies the logistics financial business model of different types of enterprise oriented commodity e-commerce platform, and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. It is suggested that the cost and risk of logistics finance can be reduced because of the neutrality and professionalism of the third party logistics enterprises.
