【摘要】：外商直接投資對東道國的影響長期以來一直受到學(xué)者們的關(guān)注，我國有很多學(xué)者從多個(gè)角度分析了外商直接投資對就業(yè)的影響以及對經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響，但是，對于外商直接投資與河北省就業(yè)的關(guān)系研究寥寥無幾。目前河北省就業(yè)形勢依然嚴(yán)峻，城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)壓力和農(nóng)村勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移就業(yè)壓力以及高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)壓力相互交織。與此同時(shí)河北省作為一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)大省，也是外商直接投資的集中地區(qū)，外商直接投資額在逐年增加，因此對河北省就業(yè)與外商直接投資的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析，對于利用好外商直接投資緩解河北省就業(yè)壓力，促進(jìn)我省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本文首先對關(guān)于外商直接投資與就業(yè)關(guān)系的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)外商直接投資與引資地勞動力就業(yè)之間存在著相互影響的關(guān)系，這種影響在不同地區(qū)情況不同，，既有正面的，也有負(fù)面的;既有直接的，也有間接的等多重影響。然后論文分析了外商直接投資對就業(yè)產(chǎn)生影響的傳導(dǎo)渠道及作用方式，說明了外商直接投資主要通過國內(nèi)投資、貿(mào)易方式、技術(shù)手段等渠道對投資地區(qū)就業(yè)產(chǎn)生正向或者負(fù)向的作用。接下來本文結(jié)合河北省的情況，著重分析了外商直接投資對河北省就業(yè)質(zhì)量、就業(yè)數(shù)量的影響，在這一部分研究中采用了定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合的方法，研究發(fā)現(xiàn)外商直接投資隨著投資額的增加不但促進(jìn)了我省的就業(yè)，同時(shí)也改變了我省的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)。隨后本文采用實(shí)證分析的方法，分析了外商直接投資與我省第二產(chǎn)業(yè)、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)總量之間的數(shù)量關(guān)系，研究表明外商直接投資與河北省第二產(chǎn)業(yè)勞動力就業(yè)之間存在著穩(wěn)定的相互促進(jìn)的關(guān)系，對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)勞動力就業(yè)的影響不顯著。在本文的最后，論文歸納總結(jié)出河北省利用外資的利弊以及外商直接投資對我省勞動力就業(yè)的影響，并結(jié)合這些結(jié)論提出我省優(yōu)化利用外資的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:The impact of foreign direct investment on the host country has been concerned by scholars for a long time. Many scholars in China have analyzed the impact of foreign direct investment on employment and economy from many angles, but, The relationship between foreign direct investment and employment in Hebei Province is rare. At present, the employment situation in Hebei Province is still grim, the pressure of urban employment, rural labor force transfer and employment pressure of college graduates are intertwined. At the same time, as a large economic province, Hebei Province is also a concentrated area of foreign direct investment, and foreign direct investment is increasing year by year. Therefore, the relationship between employment and foreign direct investment in Hebei Province is analyzed. It is of great significance to make good use of foreign direct investment to relieve the pressure of employment and promote the economic development of Hebei Province. Firstly, this paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant theories about the relationship between FDI and employment, and finds that there is a mutual influence relationship between FDI and employment of labor force in the place where FDI is introduced, and this kind of influence is different in different regions. There are both positive and negative effects, both direct and indirect. Then the paper analyzes the transmission channel and function mode of FDI's influence on employment, and explains that FDI mainly through domestic investment, trade mode. Technical means and other channels have a positive or negative effect on employment in investment areas. Then this paper analyzes the impact of FDI on the quality and quantity of employment in Hebei Province, and adopts the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis in this part of the study. It is found that foreign direct investment (FDI) not only promotes employment but also changes the industrial structure of our province with the increase of investment. Then this paper analyzes the quantitative relationship between FDI and the total employment of the secondary and tertiary industries in our province by using the method of empirical analysis. The research shows that there is a stable and mutually promoting relationship between FDI and the employment of the labor force in the secondary industry of Hebei Province, but the influence on the employment of the tertiary industry is not significant. At the end of this paper, the paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of utilizing foreign capital in Hebei province and the influence of foreign direct investment on the employment of labor force in Hebei province, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the utilization of foreign capital in Hebei province.
