【摘要】：信息系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展,為銀行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展提供了可能。C銀行憑借信息化進(jìn)程的快速推動,自身業(yè)務(wù)得到了迅猛的發(fā)展。也正是因?yàn)榘l(fā)展的迅速,在原有的以產(chǎn)品為核心導(dǎo)向的市場業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略下,形成了信息系統(tǒng)服務(wù)的“各為其主、各自為戰(zhàn)”的格局,產(chǎn)生了大量的“信息孤島”和數(shù)據(jù)冗余,使得銀行業(yè)務(wù)的完整流程因此而割裂分散開來,企業(yè)信息數(shù)據(jù)難以共享交換,因此,信息系統(tǒng)的整合優(yōu)化成為了解決問題的重點(diǎn)。本文依據(jù)C銀行自身的發(fā)展策略和戰(zhàn)略性目標(biāo)提出信息系統(tǒng)整合的完整思路,并進(jìn)一步闡述了解決信息系統(tǒng)整合的方法。針對C銀行是金融行業(yè)的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合C銀行以產(chǎn)品為核心向以客戶為核心的轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略,本文采取了IBM的金融創(chuàng)新理論(FSDM),綜合運(yùn)用管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和信息系統(tǒng)整合理論,對C銀行的信息系統(tǒng)整合優(yōu)化從管理角度進(jìn)行思考和分析。本文從C銀行的業(yè)務(wù)流程割裂、業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)冗余及難以共享出發(fā),引入信息系統(tǒng)整合目標(biāo),并對現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,闡述了信息系統(tǒng)整合的必要性。并依據(jù)FSDM思路,結(jié)合C銀行實(shí)際,建立一整套信息系統(tǒng)整合的方案,通過整合規(guī)劃、規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、整合業(yè)務(wù)流程功能和業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)等舉措,研究分析如何實(shí)現(xiàn)信息系統(tǒng)的整合并進(jìn)而提高企業(yè)競爭力核心價(jià)值。在最后,對本文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:The development of information system provides the possibility for the rapid development of the banking industry. It is also because of the rapid development that under the original market business development strategy which takes the product as the core orientation, the information system service has formed the pattern of "each of them is its main body, each of them fighting for its own", which has produced a large number of "information isolated islands" and data redundancy. As a result, the complete flow of banking business is fragmented and the enterprise information data is difficult to share and exchange. Therefore, the integration and optimization of information system becomes the key to solve the problem. According to the development strategy and strategic goal of C Bank, this paper puts forward a complete idea of information system integration, and further expounds the method of information system integration. In view of the characteristics of C Bank is the financial industry, combined with the transition strategy of C Bank from product to customer, this paper adopts the financial innovation theory of IBM, and synthetically applies the theories of management, economics and information system integration. Thinking and analyzing the information system integration and optimization of C Bank from the perspective of management. Starting from the separation of business process, redundancy and difficulty of sharing of business data in C Bank, this paper introduces the goal of information system integration, analyzes the present situation and expounds the necessity of information system integration. According to the idea of FSDM, combined with the reality of C Bank, a whole set of information system integration scheme is established. Through integration planning, standardizing standards, integrating business process function and business data, etc. Research and analysis how to realize the integration of information system and then improve the core value of enterprise competitiveness. In the end, this paper is summarized and prospected.
