SCC銀行系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化部項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)勝任力模型研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)金融業(yè)對(duì)外資銀行的完全開(kāi)放,外資銀行的本土化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)進(jìn)入白熱化。項(xiàng)目管理作為實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)發(fā)展,變革的管理手段,已經(jīng)被廣泛應(yīng)用于銀行業(yè)。面對(duì)日益擴(kuò)大的企業(yè)規(guī)模,對(duì)人才的挑選,對(duì)人員的培訓(xùn),同事之間的磨合,怎樣繼續(xù)建造一個(gè)很強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì),都將是管理層人事經(jīng)理面對(duì)的重要工作,其中優(yōu)化提高團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的水平也是一項(xiàng)迫在眉睫的任務(wù)。 本論文以SCC銀行系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化部為例來(lái)進(jìn)行構(gòu)建勝任力模型。首先,通過(guò)分析其團(tuán)隊(duì)特征以及在運(yùn)營(yíng)模式和績(jī)效考核模式轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中所面臨的問(wèn)題;然后在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合筆者多年從事SCC銀行系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化部項(xiàng)目管理的工作實(shí)踐,并運(yùn)用小組討論法,行為事件訪(fǎng)談法和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,對(duì)眾多項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理和項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員進(jìn)行了解、訪(fǎng)談和調(diào)查;從團(tuán)隊(duì)價(jià)值理念,團(tuán)隊(duì)成員特質(zhì),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,管理能力,專(zhuān)業(yè)勝任能力五個(gè)維度,,對(duì)SCC銀行系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化部項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)需要具備的能力特征進(jìn)行歸納和總結(jié),從而總結(jié)出高績(jī)效的項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)具備的關(guān)鍵素質(zhì)。這些結(jié)論,可以為部門(mén)管理者在選拔、考核、培訓(xùn)與評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員時(shí)提供參考,為日后管理高效團(tuán)隊(duì)提供幫助,以便創(chuàng)造團(tuán)隊(duì)高績(jī)效。
[Abstract]:With the complete opening of the Chinese financial industry to foreign banks, the localization competition of foreign banks has become hot. As a management means to realize the development of enterprises and change, project management has been widely used in the banking industry. Facing the growing scale of enterprises, the selection of talents, training for personnel, the grinding of colleagues, and how to continue Building a strong team will be an important task for the management personnel manager, and it is an urgent task to optimize the team building.
This paper takes the SCC banking system optimization department as an example to build the competency model. First, it analyzes the characteristics of the team and the problems faced in the process of the operation mode and performance evaluation model. Then, on the basis of the theoretical analysis, the author combines the work practice of the project management of the SCC banking system optimization department for many years. Using group discussion method, behavioral interview method and questionnaire survey, many project managers and project team members are understood, interviewed and investigated. From the five dimensions of team value concept, team member trait, leadership, management ability and professional competence, the ability characteristics of the project team of SCC banking system optimization department are required. Summarize and summarize the key qualities that the high performance project team should have. These conclusions can provide reference for the departmental managers to select, assess, train and evaluate the team members of the project team, and provide help for the later management of the efficient team in order to create the team's high performance.
