A銀行ATM集中管理案例分析

【摘要】:隨著銀行業(yè)信息化、電子化進(jìn)程的快速發(fā)展,ATM自助設(shè)備作為銀行卡的服務(wù)載體,以其能夠?yàn)閺V大客戶提供全天候無間斷金融服務(wù),逐漸成為商業(yè)銀行用以分流客戶,彌補(bǔ)營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)不足,改善客戶的用卡環(huán)境,以及降低銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)成本,密切銀行與客戶之間的關(guān)系,提高銀行業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量和綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要手段與渠道,進(jìn)而也成為各家銀行發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)之一。但是在大力拓展ATM的同時(shí),除了科學(xué)選址、設(shè)備資源配置等,如何保持建立設(shè)備高效有序的運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)管理機(jī)制,直接影響到ATM設(shè)備的使用效率乃至銀行的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。A銀行在近年快速發(fā)展搶占ATM市場(chǎng)的進(jìn)程中,取得了當(dāng)?shù)仡I(lǐng)先的優(yōu)勢(shì)地位。但是在ATM管理實(shí)行集中管理與分散管理相結(jié)合的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式上,,仍存在一些問題,一定程度上影響了設(shè)備投入產(chǎn)出的提高,減緩了運(yùn)營(yíng)效率的提升。為了更好地占領(lǐng)市場(chǎng),獲得更多的市場(chǎng)份額,非常有必要對(duì)ATM的管理設(shè)計(jì)一套科學(xué)的運(yùn)營(yíng)方案,為銀行的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展和市場(chǎng)份額提升提供強(qiáng)有力的支持。 論文采用案例研究中“提出問題——分析問題——解決問題”的思路闡述。首先,緒論部分介紹文章概況,如選題背景與意義,研究思路與方法,以及主要內(nèi)容和結(jié)構(gòu)安排等;其次,梳理ATM在國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展情況,對(duì)ATM的功能和三種管理模式進(jìn)行理論綜述,并以此為論文的理論支點(diǎn),為下面章節(jié)打好鋪墊;第三,對(duì)A銀行的ATM管理狀況進(jìn)行描述,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出問題與不足;最后,有針對(duì)性地提出改進(jìn)對(duì)策,完善全面集中管理,并提出具體配套措施;最后是論文的結(jié)論部分,總結(jié)分析結(jié)論,并說明此次研究的不足與局限,及后續(xù)研究與展望。 論文的主要結(jié)論有五點(diǎn):一是ATM在具備一定規(guī)模后需要有科學(xué)合理的管理方案作為技術(shù)支撐,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)收支平衡并且略有盈余的經(jīng)營(yíng)結(jié)果;二是對(duì)ATM實(shí)施全面集中管理有利于營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)節(jié)約工作時(shí)間提升銷售能力;三是ATM是將諸多銀行的業(yè)務(wù)資源融合在一起的利益綜合體;四是ATM的業(yè)務(wù)交易可以贏得市場(chǎng)和客戶;五是ATM統(tǒng)一的CIS視覺形象系統(tǒng)有利于打造品牌,提升客戶認(rèn)可度和信譽(yù)度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of banking informatization, ATM self-service equipment, as the service carrier of bank card, has become a commercial bank to divert customers because of its ability to provide round-the-clock and uninterrupted financial services to the vast number of customers. It is an important means and channel to make up for the shortage of business network, to improve the environment for customers to use cards, to reduce the operating cost of banks, to close the relationship between banks and customers, and to improve the quality of banking services and the comprehensive competitiveness of banks. In turn, it has become one of the strategic priorities for the development of various banks. However, while expanding ATM vigorously, besides scientific location and equipment resource allocation, how to maintain an efficient and orderly operation and maintenance management mechanism of equipment, The efficiency of ATM equipment and the sustainable development of bank. A bank has gained the leading position in the process of rapid development and preemption of ATM market in recent years. However, there are still some problems in ATM management combined with centralized management and decentralized management, which to some extent affect the improvement of input and output of equipment and slow down the improvement of operational efficiency. In order to occupy the market better and gain more market share, it is necessary to design a scientific operation plan for ATM management. It provides strong support for the development of bank business and the promotion of market share. In this paper, the idea of "posing problem-analyzing problem-solving problem" in the case study is adopted. First, the introduction introduces the general situation of the article, such as the background and significance of the topic, the research ideas and methods, as well as the main contents and structural arrangements. Secondly, the development of ATM at home and abroad is reviewed. This paper summarizes the functions and three management modes of ATM, and takes this as the theoretical fulcrum of the paper, which lays the groundwork for the following chapters. Thirdly, it describes the ATM management situation of Bank A, summarizes the experience, and puts forward the problems and shortcomings. Finally, it is the conclusion of the paper, summing up and analyzing the conclusions, and explaining the shortcomings and limitations of this study. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, ATM needs a scientific and reasonable management scheme as technical support after it has a certain scale, in order to achieve a balance of payments and operating results with a slight surplus; Second, the implementation of comprehensive centralized management of ATM is conducive to the business network to save working time to improve the sales capacity; third, ATM is a combination of the business resources of many banks, the fourth, ATM business transactions can win the market and customers; Fifth, ATM unified CIS visual image system helps to build brand and enhance customer recognition and reputation.
