【摘要】：中國證券行業(yè)目前處于一個迅猛擴張階段,同業(yè)競爭異常激烈,新設營業(yè)部和老營業(yè)部、中小券商和大券商之間的博弈尚未分出勝負,傭金率一降再降,中國證券行業(yè)原先的主要收入來源——經(jīng)紀業(yè)務,受到了前所未有的沖擊,證券公司的傳統(tǒng)盈利模式急待轉(zhuǎn)型。而業(yè)內(nèi)大型券商較為推崇的就是發(fā)展財富管理業(yè)務,尋找新的收入增長點和主營業(yè)務。作為全國券商第一梯隊的國泰君安證券一直是行業(yè)創(chuàng)新的先行者,而國泰君安證券內(nèi)蒙古分公司作為公司各分支機構(gòu)中成立較早的,在當前的市場形勢下,更需要積極思考如何將財富管理業(yè)務落地并發(fā)展成為替代傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)紀業(yè)務的主要收入體系和來源。中國富裕人群及其背后企業(yè)的財富管理需求日益旺盛,目前的中國金融市場還有很大的潛力需要各類金融機構(gòu)去進行深入的挖掘。而加拿大皇家銀行金融集團下屬多美年證券的理念可以給國內(nèi)券商開展財富管理提供一些啟發(fā)：財富管理不應該僅僅是投資或者資產(chǎn)管理,而應是一個為客戶提供生活、教育、經(jīng)營、養(yǎng)老、傳承等等各類需求的綜合解決方案。通過對國泰君安證券內(nèi)蒙古分公司財富管理業(yè)務目前的狀況和所處的環(huán)境進行分析,最終得出國泰君安證券內(nèi)蒙古分公司的競爭戰(zhàn)略定位——在響應總部“健全投資銀行基礎功能,提升綜合金融服務能力,努力把國泰君安證券打造成為行業(yè)領先的綜合金融服務商”戰(zhàn)略號召的基礎上,打造內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)的證券業(yè)航母、財富管理第一品牌,開啟內(nèi)蒙古證券行業(yè)財富管理的綜合金融服務時代——是具備客觀基礎的。而國泰君安證券內(nèi)蒙古分公司財富管理業(yè)務的具體競爭戰(zhàn)略措施則是其近年來全力打造的集交易、投資、托管、融資、支付這五大基礎功能于一體的綜合金融服務平臺。這個平臺所包含的內(nèi)容極其龐大復雜,是國泰君安證券公司經(jīng)過多年研究和積累,不斷改革創(chuàng)新的成果。它包括產(chǎn)品策略、專業(yè)研究服務策略、客戶分類分級策略、人才策略、服務平臺策略、后臺支持策略等。這些策略組合構(gòu)成的綜合金融服務商競爭戰(zhàn)略可以幫助國泰君安證券內(nèi)蒙古分公司為內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)的投資者尤其是高凈值客戶提供先進、全面、專業(yè)的綜合金融服務。
[Abstract]:At present, China's securities industry is in a stage of rapid expansion. Competition among the same industry is extremely fierce. New and old business departments have been set up. The game between small and medium-sized securities firms and large securities firms has not yet been divided into winners and losers, and the commission rate has dropped again and again. The brokerage business, the main source of income in China's securities industry, has suffered an unprecedented impact, and the traditional profit model of securities companies is in urgent need of transformation. And the industry large-scale securities is more respected is to develop wealth management business, looking for new revenue growth and main business. Guotai Junan Securities, as the first echelon of national securities firms, has always been the pioneer of industry innovation. The Inner Mongolia Branch of Guotai Junan Securities, as a branch of the company, was established earlier in the various branches of the company, under the current market situation. It is necessary to actively consider how to develop wealth management business into the main income system and source instead of traditional brokerage business. There is a growing demand for wealth management among wealthy Chinese and the enterprises behind it.
