【摘要】：決定FDI利用的關(guān)鍵是FDI的供求機(jī)制,供求機(jī)制不合理將會(huì)導(dǎo)致FDI的非均衡配置。因此,從供給和需求相結(jié)合的新角度出發(fā),來研究FDI的區(qū)位選擇問題具有極其重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。FDI最主要的供給主體是跨國(guó)公司,跨國(guó)公司在我國(guó)投資的區(qū)位選擇主要考慮市場(chǎng)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、政策、勞動(dòng)力和集聚經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)等因素。FDI的需求主要受引資地區(qū)的資金短缺狀況和FDI對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的影響大小等因素的影響。當(dāng)前我國(guó)利用FDI中存在的主要問題之一是區(qū)域配置不均衡,它影響了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的均衡發(fā)展。因此,必須制訂和實(shí)施科學(xué)合理的外資利用政策,引導(dǎo)外資在區(qū)域間合理配置。同時(shí),應(yīng)進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化外資利用結(jié)構(gòu),提高外資利用的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:The key to determine the use of FDI is the supply and demand mechanism of FDI, which will lead to the unbalanced allocation of FDI. Therefore, from the new angle of combining supply and demand, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the location choice of FDI. The location choice of multinational corporations' investment in China mainly considers the market, infrastructure, policies, Factors such as labor force and agglomeration economy. The demand for FDI is mainly affected by the shortage of capital in the region and the influence of FDI on the local economy. At present, one of the main problems in the utilization of FDI in China is the imbalance of regional allocation, which affects the balanced development of regional economy. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate and implement scientific and reasonable policies for the utilization of foreign capital and to guide the rational allocation of foreign capital among regions. At the same time, we should further optimize the structure of foreign capital utilization and improve the quality of foreign capital utilization.
