【摘要】：當前民間借貸跑路潮的爆發(fā)引起了社會各界的廣泛關注。文章通過對我國民間借貸發(fā)展的時空演變及民間借貸問題的原因分析,研究發(fā)現:無序的民間借貸不利于社會安定;借貸去向脫離實體經濟導致產業(yè)空心化;民間借貸高利率加重企業(yè)財務負擔;民間借貸風險逐步向銀行滲透。針對這些問題提出了促進我國民間借貸規(guī)范化發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the outbreak of private lending run-off caused widespread concern from all walks of life. Based on the analysis of the time and space evolution of the development of private lending in China and the causes of the problem of private lending, the paper finds that the disorder of private lending is not conducive to social stability, the departure of lending from the real economy leads to the hollowing out of industry. The high interest rate of private lending increases the financial burden of enterprises; the risk of private lending gradually infiltrates the banks. In view of these problems, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the standardization development of folk lending in China.
