【摘要】：農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行作為農(nóng)村金融改革的產(chǎn)物，已成為農(nóng)村金融機(jī)構(gòu)今后發(fā)展的方向。隨著農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行作為“金融企業(yè)”的目標(biāo)確定，如何加強(qiáng)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理，提高盈利能力，提升服務(wù)水平便成為農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展中的重要問(wèn)題。效率是銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的集中體現(xiàn)，是衡量銀行資源配置和經(jīng)營(yíng)成效的重要指標(biāo)，關(guān)系到銀行的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文研究山東聊城農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的效率問(wèn)題，著重從實(shí)證角度分析聊城農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行效率的測(cè)度方法、影響因素，并最終找出提升聊城農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行效率的對(duì)策，，這對(duì)于深化聊城農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的改革，提升聊城農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的效率具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文充分運(yùn)用了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于銀行效率研究的相關(guān)理論及成果，詳細(xì)介紹了測(cè)度銀行效率的參數(shù)方法與非參數(shù)方法，在此基礎(chǔ)上分析比較了這兩種方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)并結(jié)合本文研究重點(diǎn)，選用非參數(shù)方法的數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法測(cè)算聊城農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的靜態(tài)效率，選用Malmquist指數(shù)來(lái)測(cè)算聊城農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的動(dòng)態(tài)效率。本文以聊城農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行17家支行為考察對(duì)象，結(jié)合實(shí)際選取投入產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)對(duì)聊城農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行2007-2011年的靜態(tài)效率及各年度間效率的動(dòng)態(tài)變化進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明：聊城農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行這幾年的深化改革是有效的，聊城農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行大部分支行處于規(guī)模報(bào)酬遞增階段。在此基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合實(shí)際客觀地分析了影響聊城農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行效率的因素，提出了提高聊城農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行效率的政策建議。
[Abstract]:As the product of rural financial reform, rural commercial banks have become the future development direction of rural financial institutions. With the establishment of rural commercial banks as the target of "financial enterprises", how to strengthen management, improve profitability and improve service level has become an important issue in the development of rural commercial banks. Efficiency is the concentrated embodiment of bank competitiveness and an important index to measure the allocation of bank resources and the effectiveness of operation, which is related to the sustainable development of banks. This paper studies the efficiency of rural commercial banks in Liaocheng, Shandong Province, and analyzes the measurement methods and influencing factors of the efficiency of rural commercial banks in Liaocheng from an empirical point of view, and finally finds out the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of rural commercial banks in Liaocheng. This is of practical significance for deepening the reform of Liaocheng Rural Commercial Bank and improving the efficiency of Liaocheng Rural Commercial Bank. This paper makes full use of the relevant theories and achievements of the research on bank efficiency at home and abroad, and introduces in detail the parametric and non-parametric methods for measuring bank efficiency. On this basis, the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are analyzed and compared, and the non-parametric data envelopment analysis method is used to measure the static efficiency of Liaocheng Rural Commercial Bank. Select Malmquist index to measure the dynamic efficiency of Liaocheng Rural Commercial Bank. This paper takes 17 branches of Liaocheng Rural Commercial Bank as the object of investigation, and analyzes the static efficiency of Liaocheng Rural Commercial Bank from 2007 to 2011 and the dynamic change of efficiency in each year by combining with the actual input-output index. The empirical results show that the deepening reform of Liaocheng Rural Commercial Bank in recent years is effective, and most of the branches of Liaocheng Rural Commercial Bank are in the stage of increasing returns on a scale. On this basis, this paper objectively analyzes the factors that affect the efficiency of rural commercial banks in Liaocheng, and puts forward some policy suggestions for improving the efficiency of rural commercial banks in Liaocheng.
