【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的深入發(fā)展,各國經(jīng)濟往來越來越密切。國際投資作為國際間產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的重要載體,不論是從東道國還是母國的角度去考慮,都會對一國的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生影響。近幾十年來,我國對外直接投資和外商直接投資的發(fā)展非常迅速,而我國目前又處于經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時期,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)急需優(yōu)化。本文研究的目的是探索OFDI、IFDI對我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的影響機制及影響效果,并根據(jù)研究結(jié)果探求有利于我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的戰(zhàn)略路徑及政策建議。 本文采用理論研究與實證研究相結(jié)合的研究方法。首先通過理論分析OFDI、 IFDI對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化的影響機制,之后對我國OFDI、IFDI、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀進行研究分析,最后通過實證分析OFDI、IFDI對我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的影響。本文將產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)分成產(chǎn)值結(jié)構(gòu)和就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)兩方面進行研究。實證方法選擇時間序列模型和行業(yè)面板模型,綜合研究OFDI、IFDI對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,并得出相應(yīng)的回歸方程,根據(jù)回歸結(jié)果提出我國引進外資和對外直接投資方面的政策建議。 本文得出的結(jié)論是我國OFDI、IFDI對我國產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化都有促進作用,即有利于我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級,但促進作用程度有所不同。產(chǎn)值結(jié)構(gòu)方面,OFDI對我國第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的促進作用較大,有顯著的正面影響,而對第二產(chǎn)業(yè)有負面影響；IFDI對第二、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)均有顯著的正面影響。就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)方面,OFDI、IFDI對第二、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)均有明顯的促進作用�？梢�,OFDI與IFDI促進了我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級。 由發(fā)達國家的發(fā)展軌跡可知,一個國家越發(fā)達,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中占據(jù)的比重越大。由于目前我國第二產(chǎn)業(yè)比重仍然很大,我國應(yīng)盡快發(fā)展第三產(chǎn)業(yè),不斷促進產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化。通過本文的研究結(jié)論分析,建議我國要積極引導對外直接投資和外商直接投資,為其創(chuàng)造良好的軟、硬環(huán)境,提高本國企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新能力和技術(shù)消化能力,充分發(fā)揮對外直接投資和外商直接投資對我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的傳導與促進作用。 本文從理論分析與實證分析兩方面研究對外直接投資和外商直接投資與我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化之間的關(guān)系具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。改革開放三十多年來,我國經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展,在取得巨大的經(jīng)濟效益的同時,更要注重經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性,以獲得國民經(jīng)濟的進一步可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。我國目前正處于經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時期,研究對外直接投資與外商直接投資對我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響作用,對于有效利用外資及合理引導我國對外直接投資,使其更有利于推動我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,將發(fā)揮重要的作用。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of economic globalization, economic exchanges between countries are getting closer and closer. As an important carrier of international industrial transfer, international investment, whether from the point of view of host country or home country, will have an impact on the industrial structure of a country. In recent decades, China's foreign direct investment (FDI) and foreign direct investment (FDI) have developed very rapidly. However, China is now in the critical period of economic transformation, and the industrial structure is in urgent need of optimization. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence mechanism and effect of OFDI IFDI on China's industrial structure optimization, and to explore the strategic path and policy suggestions for the optimization of China's industrial structure according to the results of the research. This article uses the research method which the theory research and the empirical research unifies. Firstly, the influence mechanism of OFDI and IFDI on the change of industrial structure is analyzed theoretically, then the present situation of OFDI / IFDIand industrial structure in China is studied and analyzed. Finally, the influence of OFDI and IFDI on the optimization of industrial structure in China is analyzed empirically. This article divides the industrial structure into the output value structure and the employment structure two aspects carries on the research. The empirical method selects time series model and industry panel model to study comprehensively the influence of OFDI IFDI on industrial structure, and obtains the corresponding regression equation. Based on the regression results, the paper puts forward some policy recommendations on the introduction of foreign capital and foreign direct investment in China. The conclusion of this paper is that OFDI IFDI can promote the optimization of industrial output value structure and employment structure in China, that is to say, it is beneficial to the upgrading of industrial structure in China, but the degree of promotion is different. In terms of the structure of output value, OFDI has a significant positive effect on the tertiary industry, but a negative impact on the secondary industry. IFDI has a significant positive impact on the second industry and the tertiary industry on the other hand. In terms of employment structure, OFDI IFDI plays a significant role in promoting the second and third industries. It can be seen that OFDI and IFDI promote the optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure. According to the development track of developed countries, the more developed a country, the bigger the proportion of tertiary industry in national economy. Because the proportion of the secondary industry is still very large, our country should develop the tertiary industry as soon as possible and promote the optimization of the industrial structure. Through the analysis of the conclusions of this paper, it is suggested that China should actively guide foreign direct investment (FDI) and foreign direct investment (FDI), create a good soft and hard environment for them, and improve the independent innovation ability and technological digestibility of domestic enterprises. Give full play to the transmission and promotion of foreign direct investment and foreign direct investment to the optimization of China's industrial structure. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) and industrial structure optimization in China from two aspects: theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, the economy of our country has been developing at full speed. At the same time, we should pay more attention to the rationality of the economic structure in order to obtain the further sustainable development of the national economy. At present, our country is in the critical period of economic transformation. To study the influence of foreign direct investment and foreign direct investment on the industrial structure of our country, we can make effective use of foreign capital and guide our country's foreign direct investment reasonably. To make it more conducive to promoting China's industrial structure optimization, will play an important role.
