【摘要】:個(gè)人客戶經(jīng)理制度是西方商業(yè)銀行實(shí)施市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略的一個(gè)重要手段,是商業(yè)銀行服務(wù)觀念的一次創(chuàng)新。因文化背景以及管理體制的不同,個(gè)人客戶經(jīng)理制度這個(gè)舶來品,,在中資銀行尚處于摸索階段,黑龍江建行正在極力探尋一種適合自身的科學(xué)合理的個(gè)人客戶經(jīng)理制度。 本論文通過對(duì)商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人客戶經(jīng)理制度的認(rèn)識(shí),將深層次地研究這項(xiàng)制度的發(fā)展,通過研究黑龍江建行個(gè)人客戶經(jīng)理制度的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、人力資源狀況、實(shí)施和發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的諸多問題以及與國(guó)內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人客戶經(jīng)理制度的比較,對(duì)此提出個(gè)人客戶經(jīng)理制度的實(shí)施方案和建議。 本文主要采用定性分析的研究方法,重點(diǎn)著墨于黑龍江建行個(gè)人客戶經(jīng)理制的現(xiàn)狀和存在的一些問題,結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際情況,從多角度進(jìn)行分析,并以花旗銀行、浦發(fā)銀行為例,闡述和分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外銀行的一些先進(jìn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和做法,為黑龍江建行完善客戶經(jīng)理制度提出對(duì)策,以解決該行個(gè)人客戶經(jīng)理制實(shí)施過程中存在的問題,進(jìn)一步提高企業(yè)的營(yíng)銷競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,并為黑龍江建行個(gè)人客戶經(jīng)理制度的建立提供一些啟示。對(duì)于提升和改善黑龍江建行個(gè)人客戶經(jīng)理制度的發(fā)展并使之進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The system of individual customer manager is an important means for western commercial banks to implement marketing strategy and an innovation of the service concept of commercial banks. Because of the different cultural background and management system, the personal customer manager system is still in the exploratory stage in the Chinese banks. Heilongjiang Construction Bank is trying to find a scientific and reasonable personal account manager system suitable for its own. Through the understanding of the personal account manager system of commercial banks, this paper will deeply study the development of this system, and through the study of the organizational structure and human resources situation of the individual account manager system of Heilongjiang Construction Bank, The problems in the implementation and development and the comparison with the individual account manager system of commercial banks at home and abroad are put forward. This article mainly adopts the qualitative analysis research method, focuses on the Heilongjiang Construction Bank personal account manager system present situation and the existence question, unifies the enterprise actual situation, carries on the analysis from the multi-angle, and takes the Citibank, the Pudong Development Bank as the example, This paper expounds and analyzes some advanced experiences and practices of domestic and foreign banks, and puts forward some countermeasures for Heilongjiang Construction Bank to perfect the account manager system in order to solve the problems existing in the implementation of the bank's personal account manager system. Further improve the marketing competitiveness of enterprises, and provide some enlightenment for the establishment of individual account manager system of Heilongjiang Construction Bank. It is of practical significance to promote and improve the development and further optimization of Heilongjiang Construction Bank's personal account manager system.
