【摘要】：中國股市現(xiàn)金分紅一直以來就是一個富有爭議的話題，新任證監(jiān)會主席到位之后，強制分紅政策可能推出的消息充斥整個市場，同時中國證監(jiān)會主導對資本市場深化改革正在拉開序幕，，因此在新時期資本市場建設的大環(huán)境下，本文試圖通過對中國股市分紅現(xiàn)狀的介紹，在中國上市公司分紅數(shù)據(jù)研究的基礎上，對影響中國上市公司現(xiàn)金分紅的關鍵因素進行實證分析，同時對構(gòu)建與資本市場改革同步的分紅約束機制提出建議。
[Abstract]:Cash dividends in the Chinese stock market have always been a controversial topic. When the new chairman of the CSRC is in place, the news that a compulsory dividend policy may be introduced permeates the entire market. At the same time, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) is leading the deepening reform of the capital market. Therefore, under the environment of capital market construction in the new period, this paper attempts to introduce the current situation of dividend distribution in China's stock market. Based on the research of dividend distribution data of listed companies in China, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the key factors that affect the cash dividend of listed companies in China, and puts forward some suggestions on how to construct a dividend constraint mechanism which is synchronized with the capital market reform.
