【摘要】：產(chǎn)融結(jié)合是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,在我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中也出現(xiàn)了引人注目的產(chǎn)融結(jié)合現(xiàn)象。對(duì)產(chǎn)融結(jié)合相關(guān)理論的梳理,有利于認(rèn)識(shí)我國(guó)的產(chǎn)融結(jié)合現(xiàn)象及其對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響。文中以產(chǎn)業(yè)資本與金融資本的相互依存關(guān)系、影響產(chǎn)融結(jié)合的因素及產(chǎn)融結(jié)合對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響為主線,力求梳理清楚產(chǎn)融結(jié)合相關(guān)理論研究的重點(diǎn)及其發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:The combination of production and finance is the product of the development of market economy. Combing the relevant theories of the combination of production and finance is beneficial to the understanding of the phenomenon of the combination of production and finance and its influence on the economy of our country. Based on the interdependence of industrial capital and financial capital, the factors that affect the combination of industry and finance and the influence of combination of industry and finance on economy, this paper tries to make clear the key points and development direction of the related theory of industrial capital and financial capital.
