【摘要】：文章研究了外向型直接投資對(duì)資本輸出國(guó)的反哺效應(yīng)。作者從反哺機(jī)理與路徑入手,全面考察了對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)資本輸出國(guó)的反哺效應(yīng),并進(jìn)行了經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析。主要結(jié)論是中國(guó)的"走出去"戰(zhàn)略是正確的,我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資的母國(guó)反哺效應(yīng)客觀存在,在長(zhǎng)期中對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生積極作用。在金融危機(jī)背景下,更應(yīng)重視對(duì)外直接投資的反哺效應(yīng),加大對(duì)外直接投資力度,利用國(guó)際市場(chǎng),積極獲取受限技術(shù)、稀缺性資源和戰(zhàn)略性資產(chǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)資本輸出母國(guó)反哺效應(yīng)的最大化。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the effect of outward-oriented direct investment on capital exporting countries. Starting with the mechanism and path of backfeeding, the author investigates the effect of FDI on capital exporting countries, and makes an empirical analysis. The main conclusion is that China's "going out" strategy is correct, and the home country's backfeeding effect of China's foreign direct investment exists objectively and has a positive effect on China's economy in the long run. In the context of the financial crisis, we should pay more attention to the feedback effect of FDI, increase the intensity of FDI, make use of the international market, and actively acquire restricted technologies, scarce resources and strategic assets. To maximize the return-feeding effect of capital export home country.
