【摘要】：本文通過(guò)內(nèi)生化熟練勞動(dòng)力的相對(duì)工資與相對(duì)供給,建立兩方程聯(lián)立估計(jì)模型,利用1999-2006年我國(guó)36個(gè)工業(yè)行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)證考察了外資對(duì)我國(guó)工資不平等的影響。以科技人員相對(duì)工資作為熟練勞動(dòng)力的代理指標(biāo)。研究結(jié)果表明,外資進(jìn)入一方面會(huì)通過(guò)技術(shù)外溢渠道促進(jìn)我國(guó)內(nèi)資企業(yè)偏向熟練勞動(dòng)力的技術(shù)進(jìn)步,從而擴(kuò)大我國(guó)的工資不平等;另一方面其較高的勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬會(huì)吸引更多的熟練勞動(dòng)力流向外資企業(yè),從而減少我國(guó)內(nèi)資企業(yè)熟練勞動(dòng)力的相對(duì)供給,進(jìn)而進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大我國(guó)的工資不平等。文章最后對(duì)估計(jì)結(jié)果的穩(wěn)健性進(jìn)行了較為細(xì)致的檢驗(yàn),檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明本文的主要估計(jì)結(jié)果是穩(wěn)健的。
[Abstract]:Based on the relative wage and relative supply of endogenous skilled labor force, this paper establishes a two-equation simultaneous estimation model, and empirically examines the influence of foreign capital on wage inequality in China by using the data of 36 industries in China from 1999 to 2006. Take the relative salary of scientific and technological personnel as the proxy index of skilled labor. The results show that, on the one hand, the entry of foreign capital will promote the technological progress of domestic enterprises in favor of skilled labor force through technological spillover channels, thus expanding the wage inequality in China; On the other hand, higher labor remuneration will attract more skilled labor to foreign enterprises, thus reduce the relative supply of skilled labor in domestic enterprises, and further expand the wage inequality in China. Finally, the robustness of the estimation results is tested in detail, and the results show that the main results of this paper are robust.
