【摘要】：現(xiàn)有主要對外直接投資理論對于沒有壟斷性優(yōu)勢的新興工業(yè)國家或地區(qū)代工企業(yè)的對外直接投資缺乏解釋力。本文從動態(tài)角度分別建立一個代工生產(chǎn)體系內(nèi)和兩個代工生產(chǎn)體系之間的競爭分析模型,在提出和研究代工生產(chǎn)體系下沉沒成本的時間相關(guān)性和多次性問題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出并分析代工企業(yè)對外直接投資決策具有"隨動反應(yīng)"特征。本文的結(jié)論拓展了寡占反應(yīng)理論,從競爭分析角度彌補了現(xiàn)有FDI理論在解釋代工企業(yè)FDI決策方面的不足。
[Abstract]:The existing foreign direct investment theory has no explanation for foreign direct investment of contract manufacturing enterprises in emerging industrial countries or regions without monopoly advantages. In this paper, we establish a competitive analysis model between the contract production system and the two contract production systems from the dynamic point of view, and propose and study the time correlation and multiple problems of sunk cost in the contract production system. This paper puts forward and analyses that the decision of foreign direct investment of contract manufacturing enterprises has the characteristics of "follow-up reaction". The conclusion of this paper extends the oligopolistic response theory and makes up for the deficiency of the existing FDI theory in explaining the FDI decision of contract manufacturing enterprises from the point of view of competition analysis.
