【摘要】：隨著次貸危機(jī)的爆發(fā)及不斷深入，美元的國(guó)際地位受到了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)，“去美元化”的呼聲持續(xù)高漲，以美元為主導(dǎo)的國(guó)際貨幣體系面臨危機(jī)。在這種情況下，世界非美元貨幣紛紛加速國(guó)際化進(jìn)程，當(dāng)然借此機(jī)會(huì)，人民幣國(guó)際化也在迅速推展。隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力在國(guó)際上的排名不斷提升，以及在國(guó)際上政治地位的攀升，人民幣國(guó)際化問(wèn)題備受關(guān)注。因此，本為對(duì)人民幣國(guó)際化的理論基礎(chǔ)實(shí)踐推廣進(jìn)行了具體深入的分析。 一般情況下，一國(guó)貨幣國(guó)際化是該國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化等綜合實(shí)力達(dá)到一定水平后的必然結(jié)果，是其經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)際化的必然產(chǎn)物。與此同時(shí)，一國(guó)貨幣的國(guó)際化反過(guò)來(lái)還可以促進(jìn)該國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步。所以，現(xiàn)在不僅僅只有發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家才重視本國(guó)貨幣的國(guó)際化程度，發(fā)展中國(guó)家對(duì)貨幣國(guó)際化也十分重視，也在積極推動(dòng)發(fā)展中國(guó)家貨幣走出國(guó)門推向國(guó)際。 由于我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展，人民幣幣值穩(wěn)定，在我國(guó)周邊國(guó)家和地區(qū)已具備一定的國(guó)際化傾向，說(shuō)明我國(guó)現(xiàn)在人民幣推行國(guó)際化已具備一定的內(nèi)部條件。而且由于次貸危機(jī)引發(fā)的全球金融危機(jī)，動(dòng)搖了美元的霸權(quán)地位，對(duì)現(xiàn)行的國(guó)際貨幣體系產(chǎn)生了質(zhì)疑。說(shuō)明人民幣推行國(guó)際化已具備一定的外部環(huán)境。那么我國(guó)應(yīng)該根據(jù)實(shí)際情況，抓住機(jī)遇，充分利用人民幣已具備的優(yōu)勢(shì)，結(jié)合當(dāng)前的實(shí)際情況，，走出一條中國(guó)特色的貨幣國(guó)際化道路，本文主要分為五部分來(lái)詳細(xì)闡述美元貶值下的人民幣國(guó)際化問(wèn)題。 第一部分是貨幣理論部分。主要從兩個(gè)方面說(shuō)明，第一方面是亞當(dāng)·斯密和馬克思的古典貨幣理論，第二方面是凱恩斯的現(xiàn)代貨幣理論。 第二部分是美元信用基礎(chǔ)的動(dòng)搖。由于美國(guó)濫發(fā)美元及美國(guó)金融產(chǎn)品的過(guò)度創(chuàng)新，使美元霸權(quán)地位受到了威脅。對(duì)美元國(guó)際地位的建立到美元國(guó)際地位的動(dòng)搖的整個(gè)歷史過(guò)程的詳細(xì)介紹，使人民幣國(guó)際化可以吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。 第三部分是人民幣國(guó)際化的成本和收益。這部分首先通過(guò)SWOT對(duì)人民幣國(guó)際化進(jìn)行分析，然后通過(guò)具體的實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)人民幣國(guó)際化進(jìn)行具體的量化比較，最終得出人民幣國(guó)際化的收益大于其成本。 第四部分是人民幣國(guó)際化具體推進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略。首先從理論上說(shuō)明了人民幣國(guó)際化推進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略的基本原則和思路，然后詳細(xì)闡述了在實(shí)踐中人民幣國(guó)際化的推進(jìn)步驟和具體措施。 第五部分是人民幣國(guó)際化過(guò)程的政策建議和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及其防范措施。從政策和法律方面為人民幣國(guó)際化進(jìn)程的順利推展提出了政策保障，然后針對(duì)人民幣國(guó)際化進(jìn)程的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出了規(guī)避和防范措施。
[Abstract]:With the outbreak of the subprime crisis and the deepening of the international status of the United States dollar , the international status of the United States dollar has been confronted with unprecedented challenges . In this case , the international monetary system dominated by the United States dollar is facing the crisis . In this case , the internationalization of the RMB is also rapidly promoted . With the rising of China ' s economic strength in the international world , and the rising international political status , the internationalization of the RMB has attracted much attention . Therefore , this paper makes a concrete in - depth analysis on the theoretical foundation practice of RMB internationalization .

In general , the internationalization of a country ' s currency is the inevitable result after a certain level of comprehensive strength such as economy , politics and culture of the country . At the same time , the internationalization of a country ' s currency can also promote the country ' s economic development and social progress .

Because of the rapid economic development of our country , the RMB currency value is stable , and there is a certain international trend in the countries and regions around our country . The global financial crisis triggered by the sub - loan crisis has shaken the hegemony status of the United States dollar , and has challenged the current international monetary system .

The first part is the monetary theory part . The first aspect is Adam Smith and Marx ' s classical monetary theory , and the second aspect is Keynesian modern monetary theory .

The second part is the vacillation of the dollar ' s credit base . The U.S . dollar hegemony has been threatened by the abuse of U.S . dollar and over - innovation of U.S . financial products . A detailed introduction of the international status of the United States dollar to the international status of the United States dollar is a detailed introduction to the whole history process , which makes the internationalization of the renminbi lessons learned .

The third part is the cost and benefit of RMB internationalization . This part firstly analyzes the internationalization of RMB by SWOT , then carries on concrete quantitative comparison of RMB internationalization through specific empirical data , and finally concludes that the return of RMB internationalization is greater than its cost .

The fourth part is the strategy of the internationalization of RMB internationalization . First of all , the basic principles and ideas of RMB internationalization promotion strategy are explained theoretically . Then , the forward steps and concrete measures of RMB internationalization in practice are elaborated in detail .

The fifth part is the policy suggestion and the risk of the RMB internationalization process and its precautionary measures . The policy and the legal aspects provide the policy guarantee for the smooth development of RMB internationalization process , then put forward the avoidance and precautionary measures against the risk of RMB internationalization process .
