【摘要】：本文從研究我國信托業(yè)監(jiān)管體制的演進過程出發(fā),分析了本輪金融危機的特點及其金融監(jiān)管,進而對未來我國信托業(yè)監(jiān)管體制改革趨勢提出改進意見。
[Abstract]:Based on the study of the evolution process of the supervision system of trust industry in China, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the current financial crisis and its financial supervision, and then puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the reform trend of the supervision system of the trust industry in China in the future.
