【摘要】：2009年7月,國(guó)家六部委聯(lián)合公告宣布啟動(dòng)跨境人民幣結(jié)算的試點(diǎn),揭開(kāi)了人民幣國(guó)際化的序幕。自人民幣國(guó)際化進(jìn)程啟動(dòng)以來(lái),跨境人民幣業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展迅速,業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模呈現(xiàn)爆發(fā)式增長(zhǎng),越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)接受并使用人民幣作為跨境貿(mào)易的結(jié)算貨幣。面臨一項(xiàng)全新的業(yè)務(wù),商業(yè)銀行誰(shuí)能抓住歷史機(jī)遇,搶先為企業(yè)提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù),搶先進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新,誰(shuí)就能取得先發(fā)優(yōu)勢(shì),從而提升自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文以中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行湖南省分行為對(duì)象,研究其跨境人民幣結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)拓展策略。文章首先分析了跨境人民幣結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展歷程及政策,發(fā)現(xiàn)人民幣跨境結(jié)算與外幣跨境結(jié)算相比具有操作更加便捷、政策更加寬松的優(yōu)勢(shì),提出了研究跨境人民幣結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)拓展策略的必要性。然后通過(guò)開(kāi)展調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,對(duì)農(nóng)行湖南省分行跨境人民幣結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其在開(kāi)展跨境人民幣結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)上存在的問(wèn)題。接下來(lái),運(yùn)用PEST分析、波特五力模型和SWOT分析等理論工具全面分析了農(nóng)行湖南省分行面臨的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,得出其SWOT矩陣圖。在構(gòu)建農(nóng)行湖南省分行跨境人民幣結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)拓展策略前,對(duì)其市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了細(xì)分,明確了跨境人民幣結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)的拓展目標(biāo),并運(yùn)用市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷策略組合理論,對(duì)存量客戶群、他行優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶群和新成立的外商投資企業(yè)客戶群提出拓展策略建議。最后,設(shè)計(jì)了在組織管理模式、人力資源、信息系統(tǒng)、財(cái)務(wù)資源和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制等方面的相應(yīng)配套保障措施,以此來(lái)支持跨境人民幣結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)拓展策略的有效實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:In July 2009, six ministries and commissions announced the launch of cross-border RMB settlement pilot, which opened the prelude of RMB internationalization. Since the beginning of RMB internationalization, cross-border RMB business has developed rapidly and the scale of business has exploded. More and more enterprises accept and use RMB as the settlement currency of cross-border trade. In the face of a new business, who can seize the historical opportunity, preemptive to provide high quality service for the enterprise, preemptive for business innovation, who can obtain the advantage of first-mover, thus enhance their own competitiveness. In this paper, the agricultural bank of China Hunan Branch as an object, research its cross-border RMB settlement business expansion strategy. Firstly, the paper analyzes the development course and policy of cross-border RMB settlement, and finds that the cross-border settlement of RMB has the advantages of more convenient operation and looser policy than that of cross-border settlement in foreign currency. The necessity of studying the expansion strategy of cross-border RMB settlement is put forward. Then through the questionnaire, this paper analyzes the current situation of cross-border RMB settlement business of Agricultural Bank of Hunan Branch, and finds out the problems in carrying out cross-border RMB settlement business. Then, the paper analyzes the market environment faced by Agricultural Bank of China Hunan Branch by using PEST analysis, Porter's five force model and SWOT analysis, and obtains its SWOT matrix diagram. Before constructing the expansion strategy of the cross-border RMB settlement business of Agricultural Bank of Hunan Branch, the market is subdivided, the development target of cross-border RMB settlement business is defined, and the stock customer base is analyzed by using the combination theory of marketing strategy. He bank high-quality customer base and newly-established foreign-invested enterprise customer base proposed expansion strategy suggestions. Finally, the corresponding supporting safeguard measures in the aspects of organization management mode, human resources, information system, financial resources and risk control are designed to support the effective implementation of cross-border RMB settlement business expansion strategy.
