【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟的迅速騰飛,居民收入的增加和理財意識的增強,我國商業(yè)銀行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)市場將迎來巨大的發(fā)展機遇。商業(yè)銀行傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)也很難使其利潤有大幅的提升,因此商業(yè)銀行逐漸識到個人理財業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展對拉動銀行的利潤增長的重要性。在此環(huán)境下,近年來我國銀行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)市場發(fā)展迅速,理財產(chǎn)品極為豐富。銀行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)在增加居民收入、完善融資渠道以及加快銀行經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)型等多個方面,都發(fā)揮了重要作用。但我國商業(yè)銀行在快速發(fā)展個人理財業(yè)務(wù)的過程中,也遇到了一些問題,尤其是不同地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平和收入水平不均衡,對個人理財業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展有著重要影響。周口地區(qū)近年來經(jīng)濟發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出強勁的勢頭,商業(yè)銀行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)日漸成為銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的重心,在完善商業(yè)銀行服務(wù)功能和加速金融創(chuàng)新上有關(guān)鍵作用。但作為傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū),周口地區(qū)商業(yè)銀行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展仍存在很多問題。這些問題一些具有共性也具有周口地方個人理財業(yè)務(wù)營銷問題自身特點,商業(yè)銀行如何在這類城市開展個人理財業(yè)務(wù)的營銷值得研究。本文以Z銀行周口分行為例,查閱相關(guān)文獻及資料信息,以歷史統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)進行整理分析,結(jié)合Z銀行周口分行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)營銷的實際情況,以現(xiàn)代金融理論為依據(jù),在充分借鑒發(fā)達國家和地區(qū)商業(yè)銀行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)的成功營銷經(jīng)驗上,提出促進其個人理財業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的營銷措施和建議,使之成為Z銀行周口分行提高利潤增長點的重要業(yè)務(wù)之一。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the increase of residents' income and the enhancement of financial management consciousness, the market of personal finance business of commercial banks in China will have a great opportunity to develop. The traditional business of commercial banks is also difficult to improve their profits, so commercial banks gradually realize the importance of the development of personal financial services to stimulate the growth of banks' profits. In this environment, our country bank personal finance business market develops rapidly in recent years, the wealth management product is extremely rich. Personal financial business of banks plays an important role in increasing residents' income, perfecting financing channels and speeding up the transformation of bank management. However, in the process of rapid development of personal finance business, commercial banks in China also encounter some problems, especially the imbalance of economic development and income level in different regions, which has an important impact on the development of personal finance business. In recent years, the economic development in Zhoukou area has shown a strong momentum. The personal finance business of commercial banks has gradually become the focus of the development of banking business, which plays a key role in perfecting the service function of commercial banks and accelerating financial innovation. However, as a traditional agricultural area, there are still many problems in the development of personal finance business of commercial banks in Zhoukou area. Some of these problems have the characteristics of Zhoukou local personal finance business marketing problems, commercial banks in such cities how to carry out personal finance business marketing is worth studying. This paper takes Zhoukou Branch of Z Bank as an example, looks up relevant literature and information, analyzes it on the basis of historical statistical data, combines the actual situation of personal financing business marketing of Zhoukou Branch of Z Bank, and takes the modern financial theory as the basis. Based on the successful marketing experience of commercial banks in developed countries and regions, this paper puts forward some marketing measures and suggestions to promote the development of personal finance business. Make it become Z Bank Zhoukou Branch to increase profit growth point of one of the important business.
