【摘要】：當前,在日益激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境中,各家商業(yè)銀行都在金融產(chǎn)品多元化方面投入了大量的人力、物力和財力,但由于銀行的金融產(chǎn)品具有同質(zhì)性,為在同業(yè)競爭中取得優(yōu)勢地位,各家商業(yè)銀行都在不斷豐富和改善自身產(chǎn)品,加強客戶服務,在金融產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化日趨嚴重的情況下,如何提高產(chǎn)品售前、售中和售后服務,提升客戶滿意度成為各家商業(yè)銀行提高核心競爭力的重要因素。銀行網(wǎng)點前臺業(yè)務流程優(yōu)化因此成為提升銀行同業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的主要因素之一。關(guān)于業(yè)務流程優(yōu)化的問題成了銀行再造的核心環(huán)節(jié)和研究、實踐的熱點。目前,我國商業(yè)銀行在業(yè)務布局、業(yè)務處理效率、網(wǎng)點功能等方面照國外先進銀行還存在較大差距,因此如何正確地實施銀行的業(yè)務流程再造,提升網(wǎng)點運營效率,提高銀行的經(jīng)營柔性,進而提升網(wǎng)點綜合競爭力是擺在商業(yè)銀行面前一個緊迫而艱巨的課題。 本文在研究的過程中,運用了系統(tǒng)分析法、案例分析法和比較分析法和理論研究方法,在參照和分析大量文獻資料的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對案例進行研究和歸納推導,系統(tǒng)地研究了SD銀行網(wǎng)點業(yè)務流程改造工作。 本文首先提出了課題研究的背景和目的,并在此基礎(chǔ)上確定了課題研究的主要內(nèi)容和方法,并勾勒出整篇文章的框架結(jié)構(gòu)；闡述了BPR理論的產(chǎn)生及相關(guān)概念,介紹了目前國內(nèi)主要商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點業(yè)務流程的概況,并在對SD銀行進行總括介紹后,系統(tǒng)的介紹了SD銀行前臺網(wǎng)點業(yè)務流程現(xiàn)狀。具體的通過VIP客戶排隊事件、客戶流失事件、客戶開銷戶事件三個業(yè)務流程的案例分析,探究了原有業(yè)務流程存在的問題和弊端。在明確了問題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了新的網(wǎng)點業(yè)務流程改造設(shè)計方案。并通過SD銀行網(wǎng)點業(yè)務流程改造前后效能對比,指出了其流程改造的關(guān)鍵意義所在。 總之,本文希望通過BPR理論在商業(yè)銀行領(lǐng)域網(wǎng)點業(yè)務流程改造的應用,探索出一條適合商業(yè)銀行并具有可操作性的流程再造之路,逐步把商業(yè)銀行打造成規(guī)范的流程銀行。研究中可能還存在著許多不完善的地力,希望各位專家、學者和本文的讀者給予指正。
[Abstract]:At present , in the increasingly fierce market competition environment , each commercial bank has invested a lot of manpower , material and financial resources in the diversification of financial products .

In the process of research , this paper applies systematic analysis method , case analysis method and comparative analysis method and theoretical research method . Based on the reference and analysis of large amount of literature data , this paper studies and induces the case studies systematically , and systematically studies the business process reform of SD Bank .

Firstly , the background and purpose of the subject research are put forward , and the main contents and methods of the subject research are determined , and the frame structure of the whole article is outlined .
This paper expounds the production and related concepts of BPR theory , introduces the general situation of the business process of main commercial banks in China , and introduces the current situation of business process in the front office of SD Bank .

In short , this paper hopes that the BPR theory can be used to transform the business process of commercial banks in the field of commercial banks , and to find a way for the commercial banks to make the business process reengineering , and gradually put the commercial banks into the process banks of the norm . There may also be many imperfect ground forces in the research , and it is hoped that all experts , scholars and readers of this paper will give directions .
