【摘要】：融資租賃作為一種重要的金融工具,在船舶業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)的國家中利用融資租賃進(jìn)行船舶融資的情況非常普遍,而在我國船舶融資租賃的發(fā)展卻相對滯后。分析了我國船舶融資租賃業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,探析船舶融資租賃的優(yōu)勢與風(fēng)險,從而對今后在我國推行船舶融資租賃應(yīng)該注意的一些實際問題提出了建議。認(rèn)為我國可以通過健全和完善船舶融資租賃的立法、加大對船舶融資租賃的政策扶植、強(qiáng)化對船舶融資租賃風(fēng)險管理與控制的能力等方面保障和促進(jìn)我國船舶融資租賃的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As an important financial instrument, financial lease is very common in the developed countries of ship industry, but the development of ship finance lease is lagging behind in our country. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the ship financing lease industry in China, probes into the advantages and risks of the ship financing lease, and puts forward some suggestions on the practical problems that should be paid attention to in the future implementation of the ship financing lease in China. It is believed that our country can strengthen the policy of ship financing lease by perfecting and perfecting the legislation of ship financing lease. Strengthen the ability of risk management and control of ship financing lease and promote the healthy development of ship finance lease in China.
