企業(yè)家特質(zhì)與中小上市公司成長(zhǎng)性研究

【摘要】:改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),經(jīng)過(guò)三十多年的蓬勃發(fā)展,中小企業(yè)已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,在我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛中起著不可替代的作用,在吸納人口就業(yè)、推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,優(yōu)化經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)技術(shù)進(jìn)步、促進(jìn)公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)等方面做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家約瑟夫·A·熊彼特說(shuō)過(guò):企業(yè)家是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的源泉。正是由優(yōu)秀企業(yè)家所創(chuàng)造的日新月異的產(chǎn)品構(gòu)成了整個(gè)人類(lèi)社會(huì)發(fā)展的物質(zhì)載體,而在優(yōu)秀企業(yè)家的引導(dǎo)、規(guī)范下形成的企業(yè)的行為規(guī)范、理念又?jǐn)U展為社會(huì)進(jìn)步的精神動(dòng)力。在面對(duì)戰(zhàn)略戰(zhàn)術(shù)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制和信息利用上不同的選項(xiàng)時(shí),不同的人格特質(zhì)會(huì)讓企業(yè)家做出不同的選擇,從而使企業(yè)效益呈現(xiàn)出很大的不同,對(duì)企業(yè)是否能可持續(xù)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要的影響。 由此可見(jiàn),作為對(duì)企業(yè)非常重要的戰(zhàn)略資源,企業(yè)家個(gè)性特質(zhì)在相當(dāng)程度上決定著中小企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng),決定著經(jīng)濟(jì)的興旺和發(fā)展。因此研究企業(yè)家特質(zhì)與中小企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系,是一個(gè)立意深遠(yuǎn)的課題,具有較高的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)該課題的研究還存在某些缺陷,如從定性的角度對(duì)企業(yè)家某些特征研究的較多,而對(duì)企業(yè)家特質(zhì)進(jìn)行定量實(shí)證分析的則相對(duì)較少,宏觀研究中國(guó)中小企業(yè)的企業(yè)家現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題的比較多,而專(zhuān)門(mén)針對(duì)中小上市公司企業(yè)家的系統(tǒng)分析較少。筆者以此為切入點(diǎn),以679家中小上市公司的資料數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)實(shí)證研究來(lái)剖析中小上市公司企業(yè)家的特質(zhì)與企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性的相關(guān)關(guān)系,探究具備什么特質(zhì)的企業(yè)家會(huì)給企業(yè)帶來(lái)高成長(zhǎng)。 筆者采用了規(guī)范研究與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法。首先,研究綜述了企業(yè)家與企業(yè)家特質(zhì)、企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性、企業(yè)家特質(zhì)與中小企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性的相關(guān)理論,為研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ),接下來(lái)分析了企業(yè)家特質(zhì)的要素構(gòu)成,并進(jìn)一步探討企業(yè)家特質(zhì)對(duì)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性的影響機(jī)理。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出假設(shè),構(gòu)建二者關(guān)系模型;然后利用SPSS18等軟件工具對(duì)上市公司企業(yè)家特質(zhì)和成長(zhǎng)性相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,驗(yàn)證假設(shè)并分析結(jié)果。從回歸結(jié)果看出,企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性與企業(yè)家戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃能力、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)、社會(huì)資本和管理有效性正相關(guān)。因此,筆者建議從四個(gè)方面提升企業(yè)家特質(zhì)促進(jìn)中小上市公司成長(zhǎng):在保持風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)方面,要“一葉知秋、如履薄冰”、“未雨綢繆、相機(jī)而動(dòng)”;在提高戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃能力方面,要“實(shí)事求是、尊重規(guī)律”、“物盡其用、優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)”;在提高管理有效性方面,要“目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向、制度先行”、“全程管理,物(人)盡其用”;在積累社會(huì)資本方面,要“有禮有節(jié)、注重國(guó)情”、“言行一致、互利共贏”。為通過(guò)提升企業(yè)家特質(zhì)促進(jìn)中小上市公司成長(zhǎng)指明了方向。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, after more than 30 years of vigorous development, small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important part of our national economy, playing an irreplaceable role in the rapid development of China's social economy, absorbing population employment and promoting economic development.Great contributions have been made in optimizing economic structure, promoting technological progress and promoting fair competition.American economist Joseph A. Schumpeter said: entrepreneur is the engine of economic development, is the source of economic development.It is the ever-changing products created by outstanding entrepreneurs that constitute the material carrier of the development of the whole human society. However, under the guidance of excellent entrepreneurs and norms, the concept of enterprise behavior norms has expanded into the spiritual motive force of social progress.In the face of different options in strategy and tactics, risk control and information utilization, different personality traits will allow entrepreneurs to make different choices, thus making the benefits of the enterprise very different.It has an important impact on the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore, as a very important strategic resource for enterprises, the personality characteristics of entrepreneurs to a certain extent determine the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, determine the prosperity and development of the economy.Therefore, the study of the relationship between the characteristics of entrepreneurs and the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises is a far-reaching topic with high theoretical and practical significance.At present, there are still some defects in the research of this subject at home and abroad. For example, there are more researches on some characteristics of entrepreneurs from the qualitative point of view, but relatively few on the quantitative empirical analysis of the characteristics of entrepreneurs.There are many macro researches on the present situation and existing problems of Chinese SMEs, but there are few systematic analysis for the entrepreneurs of SMEs.Based on the data of 679 small listed companies, the author analyzes the relationship between the characteristics of entrepreneurs and the growth of small and medium-sized listed companies through empirical research.Exploring the characteristics of entrepreneurs can bring high growth to the enterprise.The author adopts the method of combining normative research with empirical research.First of all, the research summarizes the relevant theories of entrepreneur and entrepreneur trait, enterprise growth, entrepreneur trait and small and medium-sized enterprise growth, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research, and then analyzes the essential elements of entrepreneur trait.Furthermore, the influence mechanism of entrepreneur characteristics on enterprise growth is discussed.On this basis, this paper puts forward the hypothesis, constructs the relationship model, and then uses SPSS18 and other software tools to do empirical research on the relevant data of entrepreneur traits and growth of listed companies to verify the hypothesis and analyze the results.The regression results show that the growth of enterprises is positively related to the entrepreneurial strategic planning ability, risk awareness, social capital and management effectiveness.Therefore, the author suggests to promote the growth of small and medium-sized listed companies from four aspects: to maintain risk awareness, to "one leaf knows the autumn, such as walking on thin ice", "to plan ahead and move on the camera"; and to improve the ability of strategic planning.We should "seek truth from facts, respect laws", "make the best use of things and complement each other's strengths"; in improving the effectiveness of management, "goal-oriented and system-first", "manage the whole process and do everything (people) to use it"; and in terms of accumulating social capital,To be polite, pay attention to the national conditions, "consistent words and deeds, mutual benefit and win-win."To promote the growth of small and medium-sized listed companies through the promotion of entrepreneurial characteristics has pointed out the direction.
