【摘要】：隨著證券市場的發(fā)展,各中小證券公司后臺日益龐大,后臺系統(tǒng)投入大幅增長,但業(yè)務范圍和營銷能力并未隨之大幅增加,導致后臺出現(xiàn)產(chǎn)能過剩,產(chǎn)生"大馬拉小車"和"IT黑洞"等現(xiàn)象。由于成本原因,目前許多中小證券公司管理層對新系統(tǒng)的投入和團隊建設處于彷徨境地。本文提出通過將后臺業(yè)務外包,來解決中小證券公司后臺成本居高不下的問題。
[Abstract]:With the development of the securities market, the backstage of the small and medium-sized securities companies is becoming larger and larger, and the investment of the backstage system has increased substantially, but the scope of business and the marketing capability have not increased substantially, resulting in overcapacity in the backstage.Produce "big horse pull car" and "IT black hole" and so on phenomenon.Because of the cost, the investment and team building of the management of many small and medium-sized securities companies in the new system are at a loss.This paper proposes to solve the problem of high backstage cost of small and medium-sized securities companies by outsourcing their back-office business.
