【摘要】：近年來，我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)一直保持持續(xù)快速發(fā)展，金融行業(yè)也隨之不斷興盛，銀行所涉及的業(yè)務(wù)已經(jīng)漸漸融入每一個(gè)人的工作與生活當(dāng)中。然而，隨之而來的是銀行服務(wù)系統(tǒng)排隊(duì)難的問題的日趨明顯，嚴(yán)重阻礙了我國國內(nèi)銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展與壯大，影響著每個(gè)人的工作與生活。尤其是2007年，我國履行對WTO的承諾，完全對外開放國內(nèi)的金融市場，使得我國國內(nèi)銀行必須獨(dú)自面對外資銀行的巨大挑戰(zhàn)，競爭壓力空前巨大。因此，我國國內(nèi)銀行將如何采取有效的對策解決本身所存在的問題，明確自身的優(yōu)勢，積極應(yīng)對外來的挑戰(zhàn)與壓力，將成為我們探索與研究的主題。 本文從當(dāng)前我國國內(nèi)銀行的排隊(duì)問題形勢入手，研究了銀行排隊(duì)問題的現(xiàn)狀，并從主觀與客觀兩個(gè)角度分析問題產(chǎn)生的原因。然后，選取了某一家國有大型商業(yè)銀行作為具體研究對象，通過實(shí)地調(diào)查獲取相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)與資料，并且將排隊(duì)模型應(yīng)用于銀行排隊(duì)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)，建立了銀行服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的M"M"n"∞"∞排隊(duì)模型。同時(shí)，選取8分鐘作為顧客期望最佳等待時(shí)間，著重研究了節(jié)假日與非節(jié)假日高峰期的最優(yōu)服務(wù)窗口數(shù)量分別為8臺(tái)與7臺(tái)，并且得出了在節(jié)假日與非節(jié)假日其他時(shí)間段最優(yōu)的銀行柜臺(tái)服務(wù)窗口數(shù)量。最后，根據(jù)銀行服務(wù)系統(tǒng)排隊(duì)模型的實(shí)證研究，從縮短服務(wù)時(shí)間、窗口數(shù)量調(diào)整和服務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新三個(gè)角度，，進(jìn)一步分析得出了當(dāng)前銀行服務(wù)系統(tǒng)排隊(duì)問題的整改措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's national economy has maintained a sustained and rapid development, the financial industry has also continued to flourish, the banking business has gradually integrated into the work and life of everyone.However, the difficulty of banking service system becomes more and more obvious, which seriously hinders the development and expansion of domestic banking, and affects everyone's work and life.Especially in 2007, our country fulfilled the promise to WTO and completely opened up the domestic financial market, which made our domestic banks have to face the huge challenge of foreign banks alone, and the competitive pressure is unprecedented.Therefore, how the domestic banks will take effective measures to solve their own problems, clear their own advantages, and actively respond to external challenges and pressures, will become the subject of our exploration and research.This paper starts with the current situation of bank queuing problem in our country, studies the present situation of bank queuing problem, and analyzes the causes of the problem from subjective and objective angles.Then, a large state-owned commercial bank is selected as the specific research object, the relevant data and data are obtained through field investigation, and the queuing model is applied to the bank queuing service system.In this paper, a M "M" n "n" 鈭
