【摘要】：:公共投資在應(yīng)對(duì)此次國(guó)際金融危機(jī)中的作用不言而喻,但是一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不能只依賴于公共投資,更要關(guān)注私人投資的發(fā)展,私人投資才是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中最具活力的源動(dòng)力。那么公共投資和私人投資的關(guān)系又是如何?是帶動(dòng)了私人投資還是擠出了私人投資,抑或是公共投資和私人投資之間沒(méi)有關(guān)系?本文總結(jié)了西方學(xué)者關(guān)于公共投資和私人投資關(guān)系的文獻(xiàn),并進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)短的評(píng)論。
[Abstract]:The role of public investment in dealing with the international financial crisis is self-evident, but a country's economic development can not only rely on public investment, but also pay attention to the development of private investment, private investment is the most dynamic source of economic development.What about the relationship between public and private investment?Does it drive private investment or squeeze out private investment, or is there no relationship between public investment and private investment?This paper summarizes the literature of western scholars on the relationship between public investment and private investment, and makes a brief comment.
