【摘要】：本文希望通過對DB證券投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀全面而系統(tǒng)的分析，為其制定出適合而可行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，提升其競爭優(yōu)勢，并供國內(nèi)其它中小型券商投資銀行部門參考。在國內(nèi)券商投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)同時面臨空前的機遇和激烈的競爭（DB證券投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)有下滑的趨勢）的前提下，本文的研究具備一定的理論和實踐價值。 本文主要框架和研究思路如下： 第一章對金融機構(gòu)的職能和類別做了簡要介紹，然后引出投資銀行的概念，并從廣義和狹義兩個維度解釋了投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)。 第二章分別介紹了國內(nèi)外投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展歷程以及目前證券承銷業(yè)務(wù)、財務(wù)顧問業(yè)務(wù)的競爭格局。 第三章進入對DB證券投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀的分析，包括對DB證券的介紹，公司投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)團隊及其已完成項目的簡要分析。 第四章分別運用PEST、波特五力模型及SWOT模型對DB證券投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)所面臨的外部宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)競爭環(huán)境以及內(nèi)部因素進行了詳細的分析，為公司投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的分析和制定提供依據(jù)。 第五章基于對公司投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)的基本情況、各種競爭因素的分析，結(jié)合公司的戰(zhàn)略定位和目標，給出了公司投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略選擇建議。最后，，提出了在戰(zhàn)略實施過程中應(yīng)采取的保障措施。
[Abstract]:This paper hopes to develop a suitable and feasible strategy for investment banking by analyzing the current situation of DB security investment banking , to improve its competitive advantage and to provide reference for other domestic and medium - sized securities investment banking sectors . In the meantime , the research of this paper has some theoretical and practical value .

The main framework and research thought of this paper are as follows :

Chapter one gives a brief introduction to the functions and categories of financial institutions , then leads to the concept of investment banking , and explains investment banking from two dimensions of broad sense and narrow sense .

The second chapter introduces the development course of investment banking at home and abroad , and the competitive pattern of securities underwriting business and financial consulting business .

Chapter Three enters into the analysis of the current situation of DB securities investment banking , including the introduction of DB securities , the investment banking team of the company and the brief analysis of the completed projects .

Chapter four uses PEST , Porter ' s five - force model and SWOT model to analyze the external macro - environment , industry competition environment and internal factors of DB - backed securities investment banking , and provide the basis for analyzing and developing the investment banking strategy of the Company .

In the fifth chapter , based on the analysis of the basic situation of the investment banking and the analysis of the competitive factors , and the strategic positioning and the target of the company , the paper gives the strategic choice suggestion of the company ' s investment banking . Finally , it puts forward the safeguard measures that should be taken in the implementation of the strategy .
