【摘要】：自從2009年10月我國(guó)推出創(chuàng)業(yè)板以來(lái)，創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司IPO的定價(jià)問(wèn)題一直是一個(gè)值得爭(zhēng)議的問(wèn)題。許多創(chuàng)業(yè)板公司股票的發(fā)行價(jià)與上市首日的開(kāi)盤(pán)價(jià)相差甚遠(yuǎn)。這種現(xiàn)象從一個(gè)側(cè)面反映了我國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場(chǎng)在IPO定價(jià)中存在許多問(wèn)題。為了更好地改進(jìn)我國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場(chǎng)的IPO定價(jià)機(jī)制，我們很有必要研究當(dāng)前我國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場(chǎng)IPO定價(jià)中存在的問(wèn)題，并針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出一些切實(shí)可行的政策建議。 縱觀我國(guó)的創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場(chǎng)，還存在許多其它問(wèn)題，，由于篇幅有限，本文僅對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場(chǎng)的定價(jià)效率問(wèn)題、如何體現(xiàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司的成長(zhǎng)性問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。
[Abstract]:Since the launch of gem in China in October 2009, the pricing of gem listed companies IPO has been a controversial issue.The IPO price of many gem shares is far from the opening price on the first day of the market.This phenomenon reflects that there are many problems in IPO pricing in China's gem market.In order to improve the pricing mechanism of IPO in China's gem market, it is necessary for us to study the existing problems of IPO pricing in the gem market and put forward some practical policy suggestions.There are many other problems in the gem market of our country. Due to the limited space, this paper only studies the pricing efficiency of the gem market and how to reflect the growth of the gem listed companies.
