XY銀行發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的策略研究

【摘要】:隨著大型優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶的金融脫媒化,供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù),特別是針對(duì)中小企業(yè)客戶群體的供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)是未來(lái)銀行的主體對(duì)象和利潤(rùn)來(lái)源。對(duì)于商業(yè)銀行而言,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈,自身面臨著進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的需要;對(duì)中小企業(yè)而言,“融資難”問(wèn)題已成為廣泛關(guān)注的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。但是由于各方面原因,供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)并未形成商業(yè)銀行的主流業(yè)務(wù),也未能對(duì)中小企業(yè)融資起到有力的支持作用。因此,商業(yè)銀行重點(diǎn)支持中小企業(yè)融資的供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)成為當(dāng)前我國(guó)金融經(jīng)濟(jì)界共同關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題和重點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。 首先,本文闡述了供應(yīng)鏈金融的相關(guān)理論,在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了供應(yīng)鏈成員企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)需求情況及供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)當(dāng)前主要融資模式,并且分析了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行在供應(yīng)鏈金融服務(wù)方面的現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題,得出我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行需要探索的各種行之有效的方法,也為下文制定策略提供借鑒。 其次,本文具體分析XY銀行供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題,結(jié)合廣西區(qū)域的市場(chǎng)特點(diǎn),以及XY銀行的實(shí)際情況,得出XY銀行必須制定適合自身情況的發(fā)展策略,才能立足本地市場(chǎng),快速健康地推進(jìn)供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的結(jié)論。 再次,根據(jù)上面的分析,擬定XY銀行發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的總體思路,從營(yíng)銷組織策略、業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新策略、激勵(lì)與約束策略、專業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)策略等四個(gè)方面提出了XY銀行發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的策略。 最后,針對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性,提出了XY銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制策略,從信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、操作風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制、貸后管理制度建設(shè)等方面完善XY銀行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制體系。
[Abstract]:With the financial disintermediation of large and high quality customers, the supply chain financial business, especially for the small and medium-sized enterprises, is the main object and profit source of the future banks.For commercial banks, the competition is becoming more and more fierce, and they are facing the need of strategic transformation. For small and medium-sized enterprises, the problem of "financing difficulty" has become a social problem that has been paid more and more attention.However, for various reasons, the supply chain financial business has not formed the mainstream business of commercial banks, nor has it been able to support the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises.Therefore, the supply chain financial business that commercial banks focus on supporting financing of small and medium-sized enterprises has become a hot issue and a key issue in the current financial and economic circles of our country.First of all, this paper expounds the relevant theories of supply chain finance, and then analyzes the business demand of supply chain member enterprises and the main financing mode of supply chain finance business.It also analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the supply chain financial services of commercial banks in China, and concludes that the commercial banks in our country need to explore all kinds of effective methods, which can also be used for reference in the formulation of the following strategies.Secondly, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of XY Bank's supply chain financial business, combining with the market characteristics of Guangxi region and the actual situation of XY Bank, draws the conclusion that XY Bank must formulate the development strategy suitable for its own situation.In order to base on the local market and promote the development of supply chain financial business quickly and healthily.Thirdly, according to the above analysis, draw up the overall idea of XY bank to develop the supply chain financial business, from marketing organization strategy, business innovation strategy, incentive and restraint strategy,This paper puts forward four strategies for XY Bank to develop its supply chain financial business.Finally, aiming at the risk of the supply chain financial business, the paper puts forward the risk control strategy of XY bank, which consummates the risk control system of XY bank from the aspects of credit risk management, operation risk control and the construction of post-loan management system.
